I like the vibe of the hotel, very reasonably priced, great location and friendly staff. The room is very small, but you really don’t need anything bigger if you’re a solo traveler like I am.

The facilities were very comfortable, having a single room with private bathroom. All clean, nice details and properly functioning. Location was relatively good, but is not as close from the Queretaro central bus station as I initially thought (Google was showing a misleading location in the map). Overall all was quite good. The location was a little bit suboptimal for me, but it is anyway at a walking distance from downtown.

The hotel is very centric in a beautiful neighborhood. I may say that that is a very good price with a friendly service. The shower needs maintenance. It is something that can be fix easily, but they have paid attention to that.

Cleaness, pet friendly low cost per dog. Small property. It's in La Santa Cruz neighborhood where you can walk around, beds ok. The room was in the second floor, difficult to get luggage and pets up. Parking lot is 3 blocks away and extra charge per night. The street is so narrow for a big car, keep that in mind. Also no hot water ?

This hotel is a little east of the Centro area, in one of the colonial neighborhoods. The room was small but adequate for the couple of nights we stayed. It was very clean. The white tile floors were pretty but showed my dogs paw prints pretty quickly. This was my issue not the hotel's. The included secure parking was a couple of blocks away in a paid/attended lot. The gate gets locked at 10pm with no additional access. I am normally in before then so it didn't affect me, but with the holiday festivities going on this could be very inconvenient for some folks. There isn't much green space near the hotel which meant a several block walk to a park to take care of my dog.

The shower head pressure was absolutely out of control, the shower floor felt dirty. Towels looked old and kind of yellow-ish. Which I didn’t fell like using them. Bed sheets were also old and didn’t feel good to touch.

The bath towels are inadequate. Gray, thin and not very absorbent, more like a dish towel than a bath towel. This is a really nice place and the towels are not up to par.
