The AC was not functioning that well and the pool felt a little small for the whole hotel

We loved everything about this property. Stunning views from the pool and garden, dinner among the olive trees, and the best meal of our entire trip — all in one place. Truly a Tuscan dream. Already planning our return. Nothing.

All the staff was very warm. It was our first time in Tuscany and my mom loved the property/people/experience.

Very friendly passionate staff. Good location. Comfortable room. Lovely pool area. No screens in front of window that allowed window to be opened to let air in but keep the bugs out. Outside of Bathroom window was covered in plants and worms got in as soon as window was opened and pesky mosquitoes. It’s a simple fix snd should be standard. Restaurant felt a bit stilted even the informal bistro.

Everything was as advertised and what I read on reviews. The views, staff, and food were great The night candles (real) on the pathway, flowers, and delicious FRESH food was awesome. Hope to be back soon. What’s not to like.

So beautiful ! Nice property and grounds. Everything was well maintained and smelled great There wasn’t much to do at night. Had no entertainment or events. Restaurants were very pricy and the only 2 in the property.

The service didn’t fit that of a 5 star hotel. There could’ve been little details that make all the difference in the stay but I feel like the staff is not trained right. It feels like managerial problem, not the staff itself because they’re nice. For example, the hotel hosts a dinner once a week for all the guests in the hotel and nobody told us about it. The bathroom for the fancy restaurant / breakfast area is just a storage closet, could definitely use some redesign.

The hotel was gorgeous and the staff went out of their way to take care of us and make our time in Chianti feel magical. We loved our stay and hope to return.

What didn’t I like? This property was amazing!!! Everything- from the scenery, to the service, to the accommodations. It is a slice of heaven!

Amazing location, beautiful facilities and friendly staff! I loved watching the birds fly around the property, we could even see them from our bathroom window. So peaceful. The dinners on Monday and Friday are fun too. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Couldn’t have wished for a more dreamy stay in Tuscany!

Beautiful property! We had a fantastic room and the property has wonderful views. A short drive to Radda in Chianti and Castellina in Chianti for quick day trips. There are 2 restaurants and only one was open for dinner. It was a little pricey and was expecting both restaurants to be open! We did come early in the season but that wasn’t clear.
