Amazing location with great views. Very quiet and relaxing Some amenities are missing such as small fridge in the room The road going up to the property is narrow and unpaved (rocky)

Ivan was not friendly at check in and during our stay and did not make us feel welcome. Breakfast was poor.

Fantastic quiet location out of the way with lovely views and attentive staff. A little dated but perfect for our stay in Italy we would definitely go back .

Amazing location with spectacular Tuscan views and close to the town of Radda. Just one small thing. Would have liked access to tea/coffee making facilities.

Absolute gem. In the middle of the mountains with a great view. Big room and even bigger bathroom. Definitely would love to go back. The lady at the reception was kind and helpful always ready to help us with a big smile. I wish we had stayed longer.

A gem of a place. Very helpful for me and very serious about catering for my gluten intolerance. Good value Radio playing loudly in the common parts drove me out of them.

Lovely old period house with beautiful furniture. Very friendly staff. Fantastic views from the pool. Good breakfast. Although they said they do not have a restaurant the snack bar is good enough for a light evening meal (if you want something more substantial or a proper chef you'll have go out). There is a good pizza restuarant within easy walking distance (10 minutes - although the road is unlit with no footpath) - although gluten free options are limited but I still had a choice of non-pizza dishes (she had gluten free pasta). We were blessed with a fantastic display of fireflies in the woods on our walk there. Lovely quiet location - you will need a car or transport. In the middle of the Chianti vineyard area. Secure parking, although once you've dropped off luggage you move your car (or motorbike in our case) to slightly further away from the house - I assume to keep noise levels down. Great place for some quiet time away from the tourist hot spots. No air con - presumably because of the age of the building ? The mosquitos - you have to expect that in this type of location and this time of year - but they were not as bad as they could have been.

Beautiful views. Large clean room. Comfortable bed. Swimming pool. Terrace. Parking. Strange bar and music. Lack of restaurant. Lack of information on restaurants. Breakfast, not great - terrible coffee and orange juice. Incense in reception.
