NO POOL = FALSE ADVERTISING. Chat with customer service was a total waste of time with a moron who has no clue what he is doing. Email complaint to Hilton yielded NO REPLY. Broken trim and lights. Picture of Suite we booked clearly showed a separate sleeping and living room area, with a hallway separating both. NOT THE CASE. LIVING ROOM right next to the bed. I SHOULD BE GRANTED A REFUND FOR THIS TRAVESTY

One light bulb wasn’t working. Toilet wasn’t clean and ask to service for clean they say next also can’t change the room. Conditioner was empty. Pool was closed which is no information ahed before.

Great convenient location. Breakfast a bit unusual with yogurt bar and hard boiled eggs.

Room was standard and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Best part of the room is the shower: excellent order pressure and great temperature especially if you like a hot shower.

First off, the pool was closed. They said the water had to be tested. Isn't that when you open the pool? Not in the middle of August 2 Shampoo bottle was empty. 3 no microwave in room. Expect u to use the one in the lobby and carry your food back to your room. I sell microwaveable food but no microwaves in the room. Ice buckets are at ice machine. Didn't know that until I hunted all over for one and only when I took my cup to the ice machine that I found the bucket. Breakfast is at 6am when I went at 6am he was still setting up breakfast. No bananas...first time at a spark and was very disappointed

The pool was closed until november. I had problems with the AC that kept changing by itself as soon as it reached the temperature I've asked. The staff couldn't do anything about it... for the rest, everything was awesome
