Breakfast was really good! We had omelets! The veggies were really good & they used real eggs! The staff was helpful and friendly. The property was well maintained and clean! The grands enjoyed the pool! Thanks to the entire staff!!!

Exceptional

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Excellent breakfast The air conditioning is extremely loud and cycles on and off throughout the night. The loud sounds made it impossible to sleep properly. If they modernise the air conditioning to something less noisy it would be a great place to stay. Unfortunately we won’t be staying with them again in the present situation.

The style and peacefulness of the main lobby, bar and breakfast room made it all the more relaxing to stay there.

I loved the location of this hotel. Embassy Suites are always a go to for me. The free breakfast is a plus always!

I appreciate the managers cocktail hour but the food was not covered or reset during so it made it hard to enjoy.

We arrived at 1:30 the power was out. It was restored around 6:45 after that the staff was wonderful even when the power was out, the staff was wonderful. I would definitely go back.

Service was excellent.

The room water faucets came apart during use. The bathtub/shower and individual sinks were clogged and very, very slow draining. Had almost an inch of water while in the shower. Made a complaint but was informed all rooms were booked. Asked if there would be a notice about my booking room and maintenance problem. Was informed they couldn't help because it was booked through Expedia; they couldn't or would not touch my request. The cleaning staff caring for my room made my stay a little better. They were amazing. The breakfast crew can entertain me all day. Very great food; the cooks and staff were very friendly. The complimentary drink was very well accepted after long travel. Get ideal and thank you.

My stay at Embassy Suites Crabtree Valley in Raleigh was AMAZING! The location alone is a 10/10—so convenient to everything and made getting around incredibly easy. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and I absolutely loved having a refrigerator AND microwave in the room. The complimentary snacks were such a thoughtful touch and made the stay even better! The pool was clean and well maintained, and I have to give a huge shoutout to housekeeping for the fast turndown service. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. Honestly, Embassy Suites has officially set the standard for me when it comes to hotels. Any trip I take from now on, if there’s an Embassy Suites at my destination, they already have my business! No hesitation. 😂👏 The comfort, cleanliness, location, amenities, and attention to detail made this stay absolutely worth it. I came to Raleigh for a getaway and left with a new favorite hotel brand! ❤️ 5 stars without a doubt! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Embassy Suites Crabtree Valley to anyone visiting Raleigh. BOOK IT—you won’t regret it! 🥰

Our suite was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, giving our family plenty of room to relax after a busy day. The hotel was well-maintained, and everything we needed was easily available. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast. There was a great variety of fresh, delicious options, and the made-to-order omelets were fantastic. Overall, this was an excellent experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Embassy Suites again. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with outstanding service and excellent amenities.
