The room was fine. Hallways and the pool were a bit unkept and dirty.

I had a great stay! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The location is also fantastic, especially if you enjoy being able to walk to shops and restaurants. Crabtree Valley Mall is right across the street and easily within walking distance. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

All the rooms are very small and old. The outlets in the rooms didn’t work. They are so old. The beds and pillows are old too. The place needs a refresher. Walls, carpets, lighting all need to be updated and cleaned.

Out of a scale of 10, I’d give the hotel a 9.98. Great location as it has a shopping center across the street, friendly staff, the room is very nice, the restaurant has affordable good food. Pool is clean. The internet is fast. The perfect hotel in every aspect the only con which really isn’t a con in the grand scheme of things is the shower head does not have great water pressure but that’s just me nitpicking.

It need to be free breakfast after they spend money on the room

We paid for the concierge room and when we arrived, we were told they were out of that room. There was a reference about booking third party. My question would be, why sale the room on a third party site, if you couldn’t full fill the reservation. On the good side, the guest service representatives were great with trying to get closer to what we paid for. We received two drinks and free buffet breakfast. The rooms were okay, the hotel needs an overhaul. The mattress wasn’t comfortable, the rooms had a stuffy smell, and stains on furniture. I was expecting a higher quality for Marriott. This was my birthday get away, not what I was hoping for, but it was a learning experience for sure. All staff was kind to us. Thanks for that.

The property was very nice and conveniently located to the Shopping Mall and the highway. Would recommend!!

Everything was nice just didnt like my Single king bed Room that I picked specifically being switched for a 2 full bed room and not being told or anything even when I went to the front counter to get my cards until I was in my room and called back down there and they told me they had to switch my room for an event. No communication at all regarding this it was actually pretty awful in regards to that. So apparently my room I picked out specifically wasn't for me to decide upon because the event was more important then other customers. Not sure why that is a thing but besides that all was cool.

-
Amazing property, amazing staff, the parking, the amenities are amazing. I didn’t really get the concierge experience that I booked. Overall I enjoyed my birthday weekend.

I just stayed one night for business. Everything was very good although I had to pay for breakfast which I thought was supposed to be included in my booking.

Check in time is 4pm... We arrived at 6pm and only 1 of our rooms was ready so we had to separate.. Requested for a minimum of 5 towels and wash clothes. We received them,,,but house keeping left them on the dirty carpet outside in the hallway.. Hallways and elevators are Hot.. We got through all this,,,but the icing on the cake is they have someone working there stealing card numbers. Food was bought within the hotel with my card number that I did not buy. I found this out 2 days after checkout. I talked to the account manager as was told it would be looked into. Had to shut my card down with my bank. Reached out to corporate and "they take this very seriously ". After 14 days,,,crickets!! No return calls or follow up emails. I would NOT trust this Hotel. They have a criminal inside and wont do the right thing. Be Aware!!
