Convenient location, clean room, they were refurbishing on other floors, staff friendly. Did not get the handicapped shower we requested but we were placed across the hall from family we were traveling with ☺️

My family enjoyed this property very much. It was well maintained, and we would definitely come back again. Lovely staff, very nice breakfast and quiet hallways! Everything we needed and everything we hoped for. Fit our budget perfectly, too!

The staff was truly outstanding. From the minute we walked through the door until the minute we left, they were ALL professional and eager to meet any need that we had. We asked for extra pillows, and they appeared. We asked for toothpaste, and in less than 3 minutes they showed up at our door. They were so friendly, attentive, and just so pleasant that I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The hotel room was a great size with a sofa to the side, which was great! It gave us the space we needed to do what we needed to do. I definitely recommend this hotel. Top tier staff. Great space!

Do not like the laundry room app to pay to do laundry. Plus phone didn’t connect with it.

Rooms have a good space, breakfast is great and a good selections but they decide to work in the pool so it was closed. Kids got bored

It was close to our destination. There seemed to be several people who were not guests hanging around the parking lot.

The gym was clean and well maintained with descent equipment. The room we stayed in was mostly clean except for the shower- that was a bit streaky. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Even though I arrived early in the service time, there were very little selections of fruit, the coffee was low, and after waiting for around 15 minutes for replenishment, I gave up and walked to a local breakfast shop at the nearby shopping center. Another member of our group checked out due to finding a bed bug in their sheets- not sure if I would ever go back....
