Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh Capital Blvd I-540

Room was clean and staff was very pleasant. Bed was a little uncomfortable but not terrible. Quiet for theost part. Overall a good overnight stay to attend a concert.

The Hotel was in a great location that was near a lot of stores and restaurants. The staff were very professional and friendly. The room was clean which is very important to me. Would stay here again.

Hotel was a one night stop over during travel. Arrived after 10 pm. No problem checking in. Staff was courteous and informative. Room was king bed on 5 th floor. Elevator was convenient to room. Room was clean, large and open floor plan. Check out was a breeze. Did not have breakfast, which was available for $16 per person

I was very disappointed and bothered by the poor quality of my mattress. I could’ve tolerated the softness but the mattress coils were worn out which meant I sank into the bed with no support. The staff was willing to switch me to another room but those mattresses were basically the same as the first. I don’t think I’ll choose to stay at another Hilton Garden Inn.

The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The problem was the computer system collapsed and they were unable to check us in. We had to go to our event and return to check in later at 10:30pm. They offered free breakfast but no other kind of discount on our room.

Very well priced? Clean, comfortable and helpful staff!

Room was very spacious and staff was excellent. Would recommend and if we’re back in Raleigh would like to stay again.

Limited house keeping staff

The bathroom toilet in my room didn’t flush and ran all night. Luckily we had another bathroom in our suite

Absolute perfection for how hotels should be. Clean, helpful and friendly staff, nothing looked old or low quality. SO refreshing to see a hotel actually take care of itself with such pride. Won’t stay anywhere else in the city and will be looking for more in other cities.

Barely anyone at the reception desk. Bed was uncomfortable. Bathroom was small. Only needed a one-night stay, thankfully.

The hallway area had a very strong tobacco smoke.
