Easily the best Homewood Suites I’ve stayed at so far. The property hits every mark for comfort and convenience, whether you're traveling for business or a longer getaway

I called from the road because my travel was delayed due to a tornado and when I got there my reservation (2 days was cancelled. They gave me a room next to the restaurant with a load party going on for the one night and I had to pay extra for it. No refund for the 2 nights I already booked.

Very nice hotel! Nice amenities, ambiance and walkable or easy uber ride to restaurants and Red Hat Amphitheater or Lincoln Theater. Cool club right next door. Got to watch the Hurricanes from bars nearby and they won the championship!! Fans were lined up everywhere!!

Clean

Clean room and excellent breakfast

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The free breakfast was meh but the coffee at Moonsong Cafe was good. All in all, a great place to spend 4 nights.

Will definitely stay here again.

Very noisy

The workout room and cleanliness were great The breakfast wasn’t great and we were not able to fit in the valet parking garage (we had a cargo topper on our car), so we had to park in an open lot up the street which cost us more than valet parking would have. We’ve always had another option, at other hotels, for valet parking if the garage was too short for our vehicle.

As soon as we walked in the door, you noticed that it smelled very nice. The lobby was beautiful. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. There were lots of community spaces in the lobby and in the loft area on the second floor where you could sit and relax instead of staying in your room. The hotel had games to play. We actually borrowed a deck of cards and we played table shuffleboard. The breakfast was amazing! They had eggs, potato pancakes, cereal, fruit, yogurt and toppings as well as all sorts of items to make breakfast burritos. This hotel is beautiful and modern. Not a thing!

Breakfast good but need more protein to add to the meal

Amazing

Excellent space, yummy breakfast (pickled red onions! Pulled pork!). The staff were warm and friendly. Central location made it so easy to walk to the Red Hat and also museums and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is great! The room was so spacious. I love how they gave us water bottles at check in. Breakfast was a nice touch.

Wonderful stay with a large group of students. Large rooms with kitchen made it so nice. Great location to the convention center.

Breakfast was good with a variety of options.
