The staff was amazing and more than accommodating when we had an issue with the room

We stayed at the Hyatt House for my husband's birthday weekend. It was decent enough and we made the best of our stay but I can't say that we will choose this accommodation again or recommend it to anyone! Also beware of the false advertisement on their website...there's NO food to order at the bar as advertised...and their breakfast is just a little extra but still continental. 🙄 Saving grace is the Barking Dog restaurant across the street-great breakfast!

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. The room had signs of wear and tear. The bathroom had signs of damage by and in the shower area. The room is not soundproof. Noise in the hallway was amplified

Location was near many restaurants and bars. The continental breakfast was great. Bed was so comfortable. The shower pressure was pleasant. It had a nice sitting area and kitchenette.

The location was perfect. So much to do in the area and really enjoyed my stay. Felt safe. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I will be back!!

It was clean and located near a lot of shopping and restaurants. Parking was not available on site, so carrying my bags from the parking deck wasn’t fun.
