Clean room, great location, curtious staff, overall just a great experience and very accommodating

Really nice área to stay, all shops outside, breakfast in the hotel is really good, staff super nice and helpful. The only thing I didn’t love is need to pay for internet at hotel, most of the times this is included

The front desk staff was very polite, professional, and patient during my stay! Any questions that I had as a first-time guest were answered promptly. The hotel was very clean (from the lobby to our room), easy to navigate, and all that we expected! We look forward to returning to such a beautiful hotel!

I’ve been to this hotel twice with both visits being years apart from each other yet both times were equally amazing. The rooms are beautiful, clean and contain the essentials. The hotel is located at the center of the most incredible restaurants for everyone to choose from along with a variety of shopping options. The parking garage is big with enough space that you’ll never have tribe finding a parking spot. Will be returning anytime im in north hills

The excellent experience started with Emily, the evening front desk person that was very kind and helpful in checking us into the hotel and putting us in a very quiet feather free room on a very late reservation and checkin. Emily is very knowlegeable, professional and kind. The room was indeed very quiet and comfortable. In the morning the 2 ladies at the front desk were also very helpful as we checked out a little later than the standard 12 noon check out time. We would stay at this hotal again. Difficult to get the the black out curtains to fully close 100% (a common problem at most hotels for late risers). The toilet flush handle did not function properly. Engineering responded promply.

The staff were all wonderful and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.
