Nothing at all I didn't like any of it from the staff to the drug addicts outside and the price is way to high and they have bugs

There was a huge gap under the door to the room. The bathroom door didn't close.

It's a basic hotel with basic amenity's but its clean has the basic needs such as microwave, A.C, fridge, pool. The outside is a bit sketchy looking and there were some weird guys that tried talking to me and my friend. The staff were very nice though, we let them know and they made sure to keep an eye on us and they were accommodating of our needs. Although the propriety feels sketchy the surrounding neighborhood was pretty nice as far as the shopping and food. It was 15-minute drive downtown and to Crabtree mall. The room was clean, no weird small or stains. For the price it was quite decent.

Was trash it's a construction motel no amenities and dirty i was in a non smoking room but next door was not cigarette butter everywhere.

Staff was friendly, property is rough but the room was clean and it served its purpose for the night.

The staff here is some of the meanest and unhelpful and nastiest people I’ve ever met in my life. they were beyond cruel to me and my son. the room was absolutely filthy. They have dangerous conditions outside that are not marked.

The room was incredibly dirty and actually gross. Mold in the bathroom and on the baseboard. The floor was obviously not swept between visitors.

Do not stay here. This place has mold in shower

The place stinks and is falling apart. I would not recommend this place. It’s not a place you can go and feel relaxed and get a good night sleep.

We arrived after midnight, room was stuffy and smelled stale. One bed had burn holes on the bedspread. Neither looked very clean. Bathtub and bathroom floor was dirty. In the morning there was a huge gap between the floor and the room door. I could fit my foot between it. A dog barked most of the night and morning.

If I could give zero stars I would! Property is a mess and felt unsafe at best. We arrived after a concert after midnight to be told that they could not find the payment. I showed my paid receipt and was told to call Expedia. Thank God I got in my car and started driving because getting someone to understand what was happening took me over an hour. I ended up just driving home. Front desk woman could have helped with a solution but chose not to, and turned away my son and me in the middle of the night even though we had A PAID RECEIPT showing that we had booked and paid. Worst experience ever- will not use Expedia ever again and will be following up with both the motel and Expedia further. Avoid this place at all costs if you have any standards or self respect!

Avoid this place unless death itself is outside and it's the only place you can get into. I've stayed in cheap hotels before, but this is a new low, even for Motel 6. You're better off doing literally anything else. The room was absolutely terrible! Booking was messed up; got stuck in a smoking room, the staff didn't help with resolving the issue. The room appeared to have not been cleaned in about a week and no cleaning staff came by for the entire duration of the stay. The property was so poorly maintained, the door had a gap big enough to see the parking lot through it. Everything had visible stains on it The entire floor had a thick layer of dirt and crumbs on it. The tub was so gross, I threw away everything I put on my feet while in the bathroom. If that room is indicative of the entire hotel, it should be condemned and torn down. It has a great location and price, but trust me, don't do it to yourself. Please spend the extra money and drive a little further to save yourself from the slum that is this hotel.

When we arrived to check in they told us the rooms weren’t ready to give us an hour and they were going to call us. We were understanding and went to eat over an hour passed when we came back and asked to see about our that they couldn’t find the reservation yet I showed them my confirmation of the reservation.

the hotel property / parking lot were a rundown and dirty. The non-smoking room had such a heavy smoke smell that our car is now infected with the smell after our bag and ourselves spent time in the hotel then got in the car. That's not pleasant.

Parking was sketchy. The a/c worked fine, but there was a man walking around acting like he was on his phone who decided to stand in front of my door all night. I barely slept due to that. Room was nothing like in the pictures. Truly false advertising on their part.
