Beautiful views from every room, amazing and varied breakfast, cozy vibes and exceptional staff. We loved our stay here and barely touched the amenities. We can’t wait to come back.

The atmosphere at Coolnest is amazing. From the moment you arrive, everything slows down — it’s the kind of place where you immediately feel relaxed and at ease. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, with thoughtful design touches throughout. The heated rooftop pool is a true highlight — perfect for unwinding with a view of the mountains. The staff are warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home from check-in onward. The food is excellent. Breakfast offers a wide variety of fresh and flavorful options, and every meal we had was simply delicious. It is quite frankly one of the best hotels we have stayed at. So much thought is put into the small details- from the afternoon snack, to the spa facilities, the daily newsletter with things to do, the complementary yoga and pilates sessions, and really all other small things that make you feel extra specials. We cannot recommend it more- a real gem!

Views, facilities, food and extras were all wonderful. The rooftop pool was warm enough to be out even on the coldest evening, the free electric car is a great perk, rooms are large and light with wonderful views, and there are things we weren’t aware of when we booked like kids toys, Photo Booth, substantial buffet each day, free shuttle to closest chairlifts and station, plus a room with pool table and arcade game. They were super accommodating of my daughter’s allergies and every meal they prepped something she could eat- going above and beyond. It’s a bit out of town, which is fine but we’d not realised that taxis were a bit hard to come by round there. We got stranded in town one time, with skis and kids that’s not a great situation. It also makes you tied to the hotel restaurant, which is nice but pricey and the menu isn’t big enough to give you much variety over a stay. We were pleased on the day we had the car to go explore and eat somewhere outside the hotel.

The roof top pool is fantastic. The breakfast is excellent. The restaurant that served dinner was mediocre and expensive. Half of us didn’t enjoy the meal there.

Superb

The detail in every corner. Everything is put together with so much thought and love into details. The fragrance in every room. That there was no beer in the mini bar but there was an other options for that with some extra steps.

I went there with my best friend and we enjoyed every single second. It was absolutely perfect. Thank you so much! We got a free upgrade and couldn’t find any negative thing about our stay. Fruit and tea and candies are leats for free.

The stuff the vibe, the place. Amazing view from the room, excellent rooms. Great pool and souna amazing place to spend a few days to relax after a good trek :).
