Hotel was clean .. my only issue I had reserved a non smoking room ..when I finally was checked in amd went up to my room it smelled like smoke that smell was very hard to overcome..opend windows sprayed fabreeze and nothing that room should be a smoking room ..other than that the hotel was good

Typical breakfast for budget motel. Room was clean, but needed more towels.

Parking is horrible there is only one entrance and exit front desk was great i was greeted and took enough care of quickly but when it was time for bed the AC wouldn't stay on it just switched off and on it was extremely late when we gotten back from see our family some strange man was making my daughter's feel uncomfortable we had to let staff know he was being aggressive following us from parking lot and to the lobby as if he were ganna following us to our room. After getting to our rooms some of us jumped into the showers we had 2 rooms and both rooms had no towels no wash rags none front desk lady had us come get towels for both rooms than when in the shower 1 room had no a single drop of shampoo so again front desk said we needed to come get everything for the shower while getting the bathroom stuff my husband ran into a young girl with a dog scared she ash him to walk her to her room and let her get all the way in because the same guy from earlier was following her and she was scared we told front desk again. Free breakfast was very nice so much variety everything was cooked well nothing was burnt nothing was stale or hard fresh biscuits and gravy sausages eggs all kinds of coffee espresso machine juice machine waffles maker dinning area was nice and clean employee was extremely attentive checked on everything they do have late check out which is very nice. The tub drain seemed to be a bit stuck. Something on bathroomwall by the sink

Though the hotel was 15 minutes away from our event, it was not an issue in the end. It offered late check in which was perfect for me and my friend especially since I had to work and then travel an hour and 20 minutes to get to Sacramento, and there was ample parking. A bonus was that it was directly off the freeway, and our room door faced the street, not the freeway. So we could sleep quietly. The pillows were actually what helped me to fall asleep instantly when we got back from our fun night out. Loved that! They had a pool! Though we did not have time in our short stay to visit it, I’d go back to this hotel to try it out next time.

Enjoyed the comfy beds and friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious. Halls could be cleaner…lots of debree on the carpets. Our room was clean.

Clean, reasonably comfortable, and friendly staff Bathroom door didn’t close properly. The pocket door came to an abrupt stop six inches from closing.

The most important thing is that the shower was working well and I didn't experience the water suddenly getting cold. The most annoying thing was that on checkout day, someone from Housekeeping was knocking on the door at 9:09 am, even though I had put out the "Privacy Please" sign. I explained to the person that checkout time is 11 am and that they should come back then. ...and so as you can imagine, it was extremely frustrating when again - someone from Housekeeping was knocking on the door (five minutes later) at 9:14. I don't know if it was the same person, but it doesn't really matter because if the "Privacy Please" card has been put out, no one should be knocking on the door until 11 am. Expedia lists Checkout time as 12 noon. At check-in, Best Western tells us that check-out is at 11 am: this means that the room is paid for through 10:59 am. No one from Housekeeping should be rudely knocking on the door, trying to pressure the guest into leaving early. Pushing the guest out early is giving that person an experience where they aren't receiving full value. The earliest that the next guest would be checking into the room would be 3 pm. There should be plenty of time to clean the room. If there isn't, more people need to be hired, or there is some other problem. This is not the first time I've had this problem. I know other guests have had to put up with this as well. It would be great if management as well as Housekeeping fully understood this issue.
