Are were amazing

In the room me and my kids saw cockroaches

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We love staying at the Omni but this time was a little different. We had a couple below us chain smoke cigarettes and throw their cigs in the dirt. There was parties who brought their own music speaker blasting inappropriate music for children. There was grown men smoking marijuana off the patio next to the pool. I was constantly on edge watching my kids, it didn’t feel very family friendly. The staff was great and kind but unfortunately wasn’t able to accommodate these issues.

It was ok. A little bit tired and dated. $30 to download a video was steep and $30 a day in parking was steep on top of resort fees.

Rooms are super outdated. The lights on mirror didn’t work. Only one out two wall sconces worked in bathroom.

Amazing place for family and kids!

One person in front of us to check in and it took almost an hour because the one person working was first on a break and when she returned she did not know how to use the computer system. Then even though I paid for a suite they put us in a standard room. It was such a nightmare checking in I didn’t want to deal with it anymore.

Would recommend

Good for families. The resort has a nice variety of activities and pools. However, if you show up later in the day it's hard to find a lounge chair to relax in. Hotel restaurants are overpriced. The room is nice and quiet. The room has a coffee maker and hair dryer and lotions and soap. If you are allergic to lavender, it's good to bring a bar of soap. The property is walking distance to mall and restaurants is excellent. The resort is close to the Aerial Tram and the Living Desert.

The hotel doesn’t have elevator. So we had to carry our own heavy luggages up the stairs. No staff to help you carry them. They also charged us $33 for car parking even though there was no car garage or cover parking for us. Our room had no view too, and we had to pay extra if we wanted to change room. Not worth your money!

Great place

Great stay!

A quick getaway trip with the family. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Wonderful service, rooms were luxurious, the pool was maintained and cleaned. This a definitely a family friendly resort. Children are everywhere. If you are looking for a relaxing adult stay, check out their adult only pool. We are definitely coming back!
