SpringHill Suites by Marriott Palm Desert

Breakfast staff touched the tongs that guests use to serve themselves and then proceeded to touch the bagels with their barehands to put away for the next day. So many guests use those tongs and then touching the food with the same hands is gross. Use gloves. Maids pushing their carts through the breakfast area with brooms, dusters, and mops sticking up is gross. The pool water was cloudy. The room was the cleanest by far but it’s important to maintain a clean and sterile environment.

The best part of the stay is the fact that you can get delicious coffee and a quick bite for breakfast free. The staff was OK, but not so accommodating when I wanted to change rooms even though they were not overly booked. In general, the front desk at night was not very friendly. But location is good. Also, my room wasn’t cleaned when I came back one day and when I asked the desk, they informed me that rooms only get cleaned every other day. Which is fine. It just would’ve been nice to know that. Maybe a little sign in the room.

I was only here for one night but it was a great stay. Room was nice a comfy, live that the tv has options for streaming services. I did enjoy the breakfast in the morning as well. I would definitely stay here again and maybe use the pool next time.

So close to lots of restaurants and the living desert zoo. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options to choose from. The pool was also great. The beds were comfy and the rooms spacious.

Everything about this place is top notch. The staff were particularly gracious, the pool was sparkling, room was large and beautifully appointed, and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended.

location and staff. nick was a very nice young man at the front desk, very cordial and helpful. Our room had a small like pee and humane moist, the sofa had weird stains. My kids started making jokes, saying maybe some one fled the room right before we got there. I was tired to ask us to be moved.

I loved the friendly helpful staff. The rooms were beautiful, the beds were soft and the breakfast was fabulous. I highly recommend staying there.It was well worth the money I spent on the room

Great staff, good breakfast, convenient location. Floor in bathroom was really dirty. Hair, dirt etc. :( I’ve never experienced this with this hotel before. It’s always been super clean.
