Fantastic well situated hotel near El Paseo in Palm Desert

During the off season this hotel is quiet, relaxed and conveniently located. Food was excellent.

Property was quaint and very clean. Unfortunately, they were experiencing rolling power outages throughout the day which made it uncomfortable. Bartender at bar did his best to maintain customer service and did a great job!

When we asked to move, the hotel said they were fully booked and could not accommodate the request. We also requested some form of compensation or credit, but were told they could not do anything because the reservation was made through CheapTickets. The hotel itself was nice, but the cleanliness and attention to detail were disappointing. There were wine glasses sitting outside a nearby room for two days, and hotel staff never picked them up. Little things like that made it seem as though housekeeping and general maintenance were not a priority. Overall, the property has potential, but the room assignment issue, lack of resolution, and cleanliness concerns took away from what should have been a special anniversary trip.

Great place. Very comfortable and extremely well located

The location is perfect. It’s close to shopping and restaurants in walking distance of everything and they have a shuttle that will take you about 3 miles out very accommodating.

This was our first time staying here. We were impressed with the hotel interior and exterior. Loved the more contemporary design with touches of retro art. The staff were very helpful, courteous and professional. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Great location to many stores and restaurants that are all in walking distance. We dined at the Thai restaurant right around the corner...delicious! Valet parking is highly recommended. Trying to find parking along the street can be difficult.

This was a very clean and comfortable place to stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Strongly recommend for a quiet getaway.

We stayed here several times in the past and look forward to staying there again in about another month.

Location is great! Tv was not working so well and getting to the room was a dizzying experience walking through the maze of a hallway.

Hotel Paseo was an amazing hotel! Very clean, pet friendly, great location with within walking distance to many restaurants and shops and free/easy street parking. It offered everything you can ask for. I would recommend staying here if you visit Palm Desert. Great place!

Comfortable rooms and very quiet property. Interesting art collection on walls. Outdoor seating available for some rooms. Clean property. Location not as lively as downtown properties at similar price point. Ridiculous nightly resort fee for little value if you don't hang around pools or hit the gym. AC units in bathroom run continuously.

Property was clean and well kept. Great location next to El Paseo, making for easy stroll along the strip. Several decent restaurants within short walk. Expect to return here on next visit to the desert.

No staff at front desk upon arrival. Had to knock on door behind desk. The staff then proceeded to assign two rooms which were near exit doors despite my request for a quiet room. The hotel was not fully booked. In the morning no one was at the lobby coffee bar at 7:30 am. Flagged down a staff person who went on a search for someone. When I returned to the hotel after my meeting, housekeeping had entered the room to strip the beds, throw towels on the floor even though I had not checked out.
