Very disappointed in room and breakfast

The beds were very comfortable we slept so well after traveling all day it was excellent. Breakfast was delicious and we were warmly welcomed. We would definitely come back and recommend a stay here to all our friends.

The carpet was nasty, the internet was imposible to connect.

Quiet

This staff went over and above to help us when our drivers license and National Park pass went missing. I applaud the polite and considerate front desk staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The property is conveniently located to visit area sites. The breakfast was adequate with typical hotel breakfast foods. My husband enjoyed the eggs and I appreciated the fresh fruit. I recommend this hotel.

No Wifi for my entire 18 day stay which I paid an outrageous price for two rooms. They kept lying to us saying someone was working on the wifi when in fact they were not. I paid enough for my stay to pay for new wifi equipment!!!!! Horrible horrible breakfast and staff kept lying to us saying someone was working on the wifi. I run two companies and had to add Hotspot to my wireless plan to be able to work! Horrible Horrible horrible. Please remove this hotel from you list of places to stay. No one else should have to go through that again. It’s 2026 not 1980!

Only issue was the Wifi was down during the entire stay.

lt was a beautiful view of the hills and mountains with the Black Hills Forest. The room was very clean, nice and enough space for us. The staff people were very nice, helpful and friendly. The manager, Dan, is great. We just bought our home in rapid City today. So we enjoyed our hotel stays at your hotel. We would recommend Baymont to everyone for a great hotel. Lynn and Matt

Outside had a bike wash

Room was clean. Just a few things could have been updated/fixed in the bathroom. Water pipes were very loud, but I never heard any other guests. Air conditioner was good. Beds were comfy. Loved the high ceilings. There was an indoor pool that looked clean(did not use) and a small gym. They had a standard breakfast (did not try it, but looked ok) location was great. Staff was friendly but anytime I went to the front desk, there was no one paying attention... I just needed our key re-keyed and it took 3 times going up there throughout the day before anyone payed attention. All in all, I would recommend staying here.

The place was great as far as the Hotel is concerned. However, there is no bar in the place. Furthermore, the pizza joint that is in the picture was across the street, and none of the other places that are advertised in the pictures were open. Accept maybe the tattoo place. So do your homework before you reserve.
