Comfort Suites Conference Center Rapid City

The rooms are large. Breakfast was good. The hotel was well located for our needs.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, pointing out the hours for the breakfast, pool, and gym as well as where to find them. The room was very clean and spacious with extra linens for the pull-out. The laundry room down the hall was convenient and helpful for our trip.

It was close to freeway and shopping! Some areas were a little worn and damaged.

Our hotel room did need a couple of upgrades, but overall it was a great place to stay!

Everything was great...good price and good to relax.

I liked the location and the price and the room layout. The beds were terrible, we had to go to walmart to get a topper for my wife, and dicovered that there was an old worn out topper already on the mattress which probably needed replacing 4 or 5 years ago. The ventilation in the bathroom did not work, and humidity has caused the bottom of the door to start separating as well as the frame on the mirrow. The tub had stains and the push down stopper was not screwed in probably to corroded to attach I pulled it up and there was hair all over the bottom (I didn't tell my wife)

Clean, central location for a lot of the attractions. Ramiro did a good job on picking up after us. Enjoyed our stay

It was just ok. The pool and hot tub were the biggest disappointment, we wanted to relax after hiking and the chlorine (or whatever chemical they use) was so strong it hurt our eyes and gave us a headache. You could smell the chemicals all the way on the 4th floor. The room was fairly comfortable but it was a bit run down. Needs new carpet and updated bathrooms. Breakfast was good, but it was very crowded and one morning there was no hot breakfast due to an oven failure. I would not choose to stay there again.
