Best Western Plus Rapid City Rushmore

I loved how clean and updated everything was. The pillows and bed were pretty comfortable. One thing we noticed in the morning with showers was that the pressure changed a few times. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful every morning and I appreciated that it wasn’t the same hot breakfast. The staff was very friendly. I loved how quiet the whole hotel was at night. The hot tub and pool were great too!

Front Desk staff were quite helpful, immediately handing out requested coffee etc without having to wait for someone to bring to room. Breakfast was good (with diff hot items each day) though not very elaborate.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. Location was good, very quiet. Clean, smoke-free hotel. Seemed relatively newer. Location was convenient for our nearby sight-seeing.

The only less thank excellent rating would be the employee at breakfast. She didn't want me to fill up my insulated cup at the drink station. She told me that I should go down to the exercise room and use that water dispenser. I wanted ice and cold water and was very capable of filling my cop without spilling and ice or water. She walked away saying that's the way they prefer it ...meaning using the exercise room. RUDE!
