Breakfast and dinner was upto the expectation level My wife was not allowed to use the swimming pool due to her dress material but we saw a lot of other women use similar material using the pool. This really made her upset and I questioned the life guard regarding this but no use. This was the 3rd time we visited the hotel coming from Dubai and the other 2 times she was having no issues using the pool with same material.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden Inn Ras Al Khaimah! First of all, a huge thank you to Prince from Reception for his exceptional kindness and hospitality. Since I checked in quite late at around 11:00 PM, he generously arranged a late check-out for me until 3:00 PM. That thoughtful gesture gave me more time to relax and truly enjoy my stay, and I sincerely appreciate it. My heartfelt thanks also go to the entire Housekeeping Team for the beautiful surprise. The lovely bed decoration and the delicious birthday cake made my celebration even more special. It was such a thoughtful touch that made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued. From check-in to check-out, everyone was warm, professional, and accommodating. I enjoyed every moment of my stay and left with wonderful memories. Thank you, Hilton Garden Inn Ras Al Khaimah, for making my birthday celebration so memorable. I can’t wait to come back again! Nothing!

The location proximity to government related offices. They did not air the Fifa Games on the German Bar, it would have been a huge hit if marketed properly. Hotel Management should support this as the bar is really nice with warm staff and amazing food to offer.

The location is excellent, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The rooms are quite small, and the breakfast was disappointing.

Staffs are unprofessional.Housekeeping rang the bell and didn't annouce Housekeeping and just standing not even facing to the door. And when i said , may be later , she asked me right away "what time" like i am her friend. And while talking even chewing gum. Apart from that hotel is good , only staff needs to be well train.
