Room is good. Cleanness is also good. For Breakfast, it was also delicious but need to change vegetarian food every day. Nothing to say because almost all good.

The ac vent was leaking for several hours which caused the carpets to be soaked in water. The staff came to check and tried their best but the water was still on the carpet and started smelling. Microwave took few minutes to start & the plug for water kettle was broken.

The washroom was not clean and uncomfortable to use the toilet because the floor alignment was not proper.

For the money, the stay was worth it. The staff behavior was acceptable. We reached at 2:00 PM while the check-in time was 3:00 PM, but they allowed us to check in early without any issues. We stayed on the mezzanine floor in a non-smoking room. However, after getting out of the lift and walking towards the room, there was a very bad smell in the corridor. I am not sure what it was, but it was quite disturbing. Staff members were around the area, yet no one seemed to address the issue. This was my second stay after six months, but I noticed that the breakfast menu at the restaurant was exactly the same as during my previous visit. Also, the carpets inside the room were very dirty, and just like last time, the TV was practically useless and seemed to be there only for display.

Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Location of the hotel is excellent and near many facilities like grocery, restaurants and cafes.
