Friendly staff, good service. Pools not cold enough. Food in buffer was always cold.

Everything is nearby. Kids club, spa, restaurants. We stayed at the villa! But I think it needs renovation. The stuff is amazing ? food ?! Everything was great!

Everything but especially the kid friendly atmosphere Only one thing that the room floor is not clean

The property is stunning and the location is amazing too but what really makes this hotel exceptional is the staff. From reception to housekeeping, buggy drivers and F&B staff are the best Team I have seen in the region. Kudos to everyone! The only thing I would mention is the AC, being so hot outside feels that the AC in the room struggles to keep up but other than that everything has been outstanding

I would say the taste of the food is something to enhance Especially for breakfast and dinner the choices were limited

I had a fantastic stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and in a great location, but what really made the stay exceptional was the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The service was outstanding from check-in to check-out, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning.

It was a great stay in this hotel all staff were kind and responsible. also all menue for breackfast and dinner and lunch were perfect.

They were incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful. Even without me asking, they took extra steps to make sure I had plenty of safe and delicious options. Their response was, “Nothing is more important than the health of our customers,” and that truly showed in everything they did. The restaurant was fantastic, the service was exceptional, and I can’t wait to come back again. Thank you for making me feel so safe and so well taken care of!

The resort is beautiful, clean, the staff is super nice and helpfull. The food was amazing, the buffet and the restaurants were super! It felt really a 5 starts hotel. All the staff was super carefull with all details, specially Danilo always available to help. Our anniversary was super in this Resort. One more note I would like to add, there’s a lot of stray cats in the resort, super friendly, I loved the fact that the staff takes care of them and feed them, its like they are part of the resort. We recently stayed at Rixos Al Mairid for a one-night staycation, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything about the property was just right. The resort is beautiful, and the beach-facing villas offer breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf, especially at sunset. It was the perfect setting to relax and unwind. The buffet spread was exceptional, with an impressive variety of dishes, and the food quality and taste were outstanding. What truly made our stay memorable, though, was the genuine hospitality. Every member of the team we interacted with—from the reception staff and buggy driver to the bartender and restaurant servers—was warm, courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. It was the little touches that made the biggest difference. As we were leaving after checkout on a hot, humid afternoon, the staff thoughtfully handed us cold bottles of water as we got into our car. It was such a simple gesture, but it reflected the level of care and attention that defines true hospitality. I was travelling with my parents, and it was heartwarming to see the special attention and kindness they received from every member of the staff. Those thoughtful interactions made our family feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. We have stayed at almost every major resort in Ras Al Khaimah, and I can honestly say that Rixos Al Mairid truly stands out. We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. We will definitely be back! N/A

It was big all The staff were super helpful and I love all Rixos hotels The food variety in the buffet was poor which is not happend before for me in Rixos hotels

Staff throughout the whole venue were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. There was only 1 specialist restaurant open per night which meant it was fully booked when we went to book but staff managed to find us an alternative which actually made our night better.

A special thank you to Ankit, Chef Lijo, Chef Uraz, Security Mohamed, and Ayman for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help when our car battery unexpectedly died. They genuinely went above and beyond to assist us and their efforts were greatly appreciated. The staff's dedication and hospitality were the highlight of our stay. Thank you again to the team members who took care of us.
