The property is clean and the room where we stay is very comfortable for a family of 3. The staff were welcoming , friendly and ready to help. Special mention to Miss in the reception. Special mention also to the staff who guided my son back to our room when he left on his own. the place is safe though. Special thanks to you all!

This hotel was extremely noisy and chaotic. I could not sleep at all — not even for a moment — and ended up having a completely sleepless night. In the room, the air-conditioning fan kept running continuously, even after I tried to turn it off. On top of that, the sound insulation was very poor: I could clearly hear noise from the hallway and from neighboring rooms, including babies crying and people talking in the middle of the night. The worst part was the loud disco music, which continued until around 4 a.m. Overall, the experience was exhausting and unacceptable. Honestly, I would have been more comfortable trying to sleep outside than staying in this hotel.

All the staff are very friendly from the reception to the housekeeping Nothing since we are in the 8th floor

Breakfast was convenient, buffet was not bad Heater didn’t work in my room the first night. I asked them to fix it, they said they would send maintenance. The second night was a little better, but still cold, and thermostat didn’t seem to work. Hot water didn’t work in the shower. I also told them, and they also said they would send maintenance. Second night, water was still cold.

Nothing There were cockroaches in my bathroom — both in the sink and on the floor. Under the pillow in my bed there was dirt as though not properly cleaned. There was no hot water, the receptionist’s reply to me on that was “we don’t do that for any of our guests”. And I replied with “by not turning on the water heater in rooms where you expect guests to arrive?” He didn’t know how to explain that, nor the bugs. You can hear the street from your room, and it was very, very loud. One of the rooms next to me had someone smoking and the cigarette smoke entered my room, making it all that much more difficult to get any rest whatsoever.
