Convenient location, clean and perfect for a couple of nights stay.

The breakfast was delicious- we tend to prefer less sweet and more savory items, but that is a cultural difference, not a reflection on the hosts. Location was amazing, and the rooms were beautiful and very clean. The locks were difficult to open at times - no other issues!

Great location- close to everywhere we wanted to go. Nice breakfast each morning. Staff was very attentive. Room was comfortable, and shower was great. The shared balcony view.

Valentino was excellent! Super helpful with any request we needed, from printing cruise documents to booking a last minute shuttle. He was very on point and super friendly. The only thing was the room location. We were right in front of the breakfast area so it was pretty loud in the early morning. But I guess that’s to be expected.

We were a large family group using four rooms so in the common area we were able to hang out all together like you are in your own home.

Proximity to everything I wanted to see. No box of tissues in the room.

Real fast excellent. Typically Italian Had to drag suitcase up one set of stairs to elevator but host brought them down for us.

The owner is very nice..we were late check at 10pm and he was waiting for us ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Good location and close to central train station .

Great location in the center, very clean and comfortable, ideal for our short visit of Ravenna.

Keys sometimes were difficult to use to gain entry. There was not always someone available on site

We have a problem with the bathroom light it was on and off but 90% was off the same with the night lamp, and tv. The few times we try.

Night bugs on the bed and on the walls, that we brought back with us in our house in France

The location That you have to leave at 10:30 and dont have a space to wait for the taxi.

We were there for a cruise. The location is excellent. Walking distance from the train station (5 min). It’s about 20 min by car/bus to the port. Valentino is very nice. Great communication and a nice host. The beds weren’t very comfortable, specially the pull out ones for the teenage kids. But we were just there for one night. Place was very clean, with a great location.
