It was a very clean updated hotel. The organization around getting to and from the hotel could have been clearer. We were going on a cruise and the shuttle bus had no air conditioning and it was 36 degrees and an hour drive - very uncomfortable

Great location. Just minutes from the train station and major plaza and attractions. Staff was great and the room was comfortable. I wanted to get some water to take a pill and when I went to the breakfast area to get some, I was treated very rudely.

Staff was very helpful. They had several hot and cold items to choose from for Breakfast. View from the roof was spectacular. Small elevator, but that is typical of buildings in Europe

Location to train station. Easy 10 minute walk downtown and to Basilica Did not keep water available for guests. Only out during afternoon/evening hours. It’s water. Leave it out. Guests appreciate it.

Location of hotel to train station and city attractions all within walking distance We booked a basic room and it was BASIC A/c did not work on our third day and the hotel told us it was Italian regulation not to cool rooms below 26 degrees ? The pillows were over washed balls of nylon.

Great location, just a long-flat block to The hotel from train station. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Town is small enough to enjoy by foot, and hotel was a great location. Easy, clean and comfortable, no frills.

Location No parking - I choose the property because bookin.com said there is parking. It was a lie! Heating in the room did not work, until next week no one could come to fix it. They refused to give heater . It is winter! We were cold!
