Bed and pillows were a bit flat. It was a little frustrating not being able to leave the A/C on when we left the room cool the room especially during a heat wave.

The guest service is OUTSTANDING! We were stranded at the cruise terminal and they sent their van to pick us up even though this is not a routine service. The room was clean and functional, a typical European hotel room.

The location is the reason we chose to stay in. The beddings were not properly set up because we needed warmer comforters/blankets.

Breakfast was worth it. Very friendly staff. There should have been more than 1 electrical socket by the bed or desk. The blanket and duvet design/color is quite odd - consider changing them.
