Great location, friendly staff, solid price Pictures and listing make it seem like you are getting more than you do in reality. Owners dogs can get barking at odd hours. Some of the fixtures and fittings, especially in the bathroom were broken or in disrepair

Good location near train station and popular sites. Difficult to access property and host. I reserved "luxury triple room" but was put in standard double. The one pillow was thin and the shower water was lukewarm at best. Place is adjacent to a park with very loud music while we were there.

The location was excellent, super close to the Train Station, and the grounds were lovely. The room was a little dated but satisfactory. The logistics of checking in and accessing the building were very good. Very much in need of more outlets. In today's world, everyone is charging something. If you are going to a cruise port, it's challenging to get there without spending an arm and a leg, but that seems to be the case in the whole city.

I foolishly thought B&B meant breakfast included...cereial, toast, youghert, coffee, water, fruit....some old and with mold. Billed 131USD at the end. Too, many times in the evening I sat in the big room just to help guests get in and out as their inrernet door key didn't work. They would show me their reservation confirmation. I helped but there was no one else or they would pound on the door. Also, the son of the owner asked for payment. Loction was great!

Oh, and the two dogs from the owners were super cute! It felt a bit old and musty with a bit of a smell at times

Great location with a private gate into the Public Garden of Ravenna. Nice room, huge bathroom. Super close to the train station.

The building looks nice from the outside. Within walking distance of the city center. Nice large common living room. Little garden with terrace. I requested a private parking space for my motorbike at a surcharge of 15 euro. The day before my stay I sent a reminder since I got no reply yet. On the day of my stay I was told there was no place available since the garage was being renovated. My creditcard was already charged and I had no option to cancel my booking and look for an alternative. My motorbike had to stay parked on the street overnight. Since the street is connecting the trainstation with the city center and a public park is next to the B&B, many dubious persons are walking by. It is called a bed AND BREAKFAST. Breakfast should be asked for at check-in. There was nobody at my check-in in the afternoon. In fact I haven't seen anyone during my stay. I did get a confirmation from their virtual key system 'Vikey' that breakfast would be served in the living room so I assumed it would be OK. Next day there was no breakfast. The bathroom showed mold on the ceiling above the shower, the floor tiles looked dirty, the rubber gasket of the window was loose, the kitchen looked old and dirty with a plastic bag of trash on the floor. I didn't dare to make a coffee. Communication with the owner was over message and took time, was unpersonal and even rude. I felt very unwelcome. That's why I decided to cancel my stay for the next week, although I knew I would lose my money. Of course the manager was unwilling to give me a refund for that booking.

It is located close to the railway station and not far from the centre, either. Has its own little garden and is also next to a nice park. Overall, the villa is quite charming. The owner is kind and helpful. Very good value for money. The online check-in and entry was problematic and took quite some time, especially if you have no internet because the wi-fi password provided by the system for online registration was mistaken. The bathroom and shower cabin in particular need re-painting.

Pros: cheap. Bar fridge and kettle in room. Window opens Cons: lousy communication from host, including failing to register me properly (and blaming me) Furniture too big for the room leaving 6" gap to move from one side of the room to the other; Shower screen mouldy and utensils not clean; Tepid shower, poor water pressure; Saggy bed and two flat pillows (no extra pillows provided) In short, I cannot recommend it.

Superb

This guest house is really nice. It’s very close to railway station and all historical centre. It’s not really a hotel, it is a big house when you rent a room. But owner is really nice and polite and you are feeling your self as a guest in his house. And a good bonus is the breakfast they serve every morning in the living room.

Breakfast was much better than expected

Close to the railway station and a good starting point to explore Ravenna. Tastefully decorated spacious room and bedroom, comfortable bed. Welcoming host promptly helped to manage electronic locking system remotely. Interface of electronic locking system Vilket is not straightforward. It shows two icons and you need to tap one to open the entrance gate, grey and green ones. The grey looks like a disabled function, however you need to tap just it . I had to call the host to ask for help to let me in. By the way, the photo is outdated and the villa has different colour.
