The air conditioning was working and wasn’t too loud The host was never there in person. When we received a alert from the local health authorities about an Arbo virus exposure in our neighborhood and dur ing our stay the would conduct a pest disinfection, meaning spraying pesticides in our room and in green areas around the apartment buildings, we contacted the host and his implore cane out. She called him and shared our concerns and our request to get refunded for the nights we had to cut short. He agreed and said that he had already refunded the money to booking.com. He also told us that we had to be out before eleven am. We checked out at 8:30 am. About six hours later the health authorities called off the operation and he never refunded us the money he had promised to do and he never responded to our attempts to contact him regarding this issue.

It took an hour to check in. The windows are broken and heard outside noise.

Great room - spacious, clean, comfy bed, good air conditioning. Good location not far from Ravenna's main pedestrian area. Lovely restaurant at the end of the street and many cafes nearby This was billed as a b&B so I expected someone to be on site, but it turned out that entry was via a lockbox and there was no reception desk or person present. I had to call the owner for the lock box code, which is fine, but when there was a problem getting in (because another guest had removed the key from the lock box), he was clearly annoyed that he had to turn up to help me. He was rude to me and the other guest, acted like we'd put him out, even though it wasn't my fault and the other guest made an innocent mistake. He didn't even want to hang around a few minutes to show me my room. Didn't explain anything about breakfast. I later saw a sign saying it was in another house down the road, but that was another lock box set up and frankly I didn't want to deal with him again so I went to a cafe. It's a shame because it's a nice room, but the owner's attitude was really offputting. If he wants guests' money then he should at least be polite.

The room accomodate the 5 of us comfortably, which was very nice. The location was only 10min walk to the train station and another 10 min walk to the center. We suggest to the property to provide a fan, specially for the downstair bedroom.

Very good

The location was excellent. The host was friendly and accommodating by allowing me to leave my bag with them until the late train departure. This allowed me to see more of Ravenna. Not much really. Perhaps, a little noisy from other guests, but a minor quibble.
