The staff were INCREDIBLY kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. At every encounter they called us by name and asked how they could help. Multiple times they went out of their way to accommodate and ease our trip. They were beyond what is expected and even beyond what is hoped for. AMAZING!!! I legitimately cannot think of anything to even nit pick. There was nothing we lacked, nothing that needed correcting, and nothing I would suggest to change or differ.

Mattresses were not as comfortable as they could be but otherwise amenities were great

The room is amazing and clean and spacious. The location of the hotel is great as well. I liked it all

I was VERY pleased with the staff and the room was nice. They took extra care in the amenities. My issue was finding the entrance. I walked passed it 2 times. It WELL located to fine respond the City Information Center. The bed threw me off when I first saw it…it was round! Also there is four dining chairs but nothing comfortable to sit on, especially since the bed was round and had no headboard. Plus, there is no lobby.

The wifi signal was poor for some reasons that we couldn't figure out.

The hostess was very friendly and welcoming. She provided helpful information about the area, places to see and places to eat. The apartment was spacious with a beautiful terrace; well maintained and generous continental breakfast replenished daily. Located in the town centre it was central to everything. For those with mobility issues, it would been helpful to know about the 3 steps leading to the bedroom and bathroom from the living area may be a difficulty.

Alessandra is awesome!

Alessandra is the asset of this hotel, she was really helpful with everything we needed, our luggage are heavy and she did her best to help us transport it on 2 flight of stairs before the elevator. They had a baggage movers. Also I love the fact that they are very responsive and helped us book our transport from the port in Corsini to the hotel and from the hotel to Venice. It’s centrally located, and near different restaurants and attractions.

The receptionist was warm and helpful The sofa bed was uncomfortable and the room was a little small

We stayed in a lovely little apartment that was both comfortable and well-equipped, giving us the feeling of having our own space while still enjoying hotel-style service. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome. The location was excellent, especially for food lovers — there were plenty of great restaurants and cafés within easy walking distance, which made exploring Ravenna’s culinary side a real pleasure. There’s very little to complain about regarding the hotel itself. The only downsides were external. During our stay, the city was celebrating a local festival that went on until around 11:30 p.m., and since it was happening right next to the hotel, it was a bit difficult to rest after a long day of walking. In addition, Ravenna was full of mosquitoes at that time of year — we were bitten several times in just one day, and some of the bites itched for days afterward, which unfortunately affected our overall enjoyment of the trip.

Perfect location, friendly staff, large spacious room, well equipped, lots of amenities (food!), and the washer/washing machine in the suite to do laundry came in very handy.

Everything was great! We had everything in the room we needed and more! They even brought us fresh Crossiants or choice that morning along with lots of to go options in the room. Very clean, great experience. We would stay again.

The hotel is located in the perfect location in the heart of Ravenna across from the most delicious restaurant and Dante’s tomb. It has a lovely private courtyard with excellent service.

The apartment was very comfortable and bright.

Extraordinary service. I was staying here with my three kids just for a one night. Definitely worth every euro. Thank you for giving me extra hand when we checked in. The room was spacious and clean and the location was beautiful.

The apartment was perfect for our stay. It couldn't be more conveniently located in the centre of everything. It was delightful, nicely decorated, clean and well equipped. Our apartment had a round bed which was very comfortable. Breakfast supplies were restocked every day and it was nice to be able to prepare a couple of meals in the accommodation instead of going out all the time - we were away for 22 days altogether. Anike, the manager, was super helpful and very kind to us. The road outside our window was resurfaced overnight for two nights which was quite a hinderance to a good night's sleep but it will probably last for many years now so won't be an issue for any other travellers! This was obviously outside the hotel's control but they were very sympathetic to the situation... otherwise we wouldn't change a thing.
