Great location, staff was great! Not much as far as A/C, they had fan but room was very warm

Staff very friendly! Centrally located in the midst of all the action. Breakfast was good Not about hotel but when we arrived streets were full of life. Our driver couldn’t get us close enough so we had to walk and roll our luggage in the streets. Driver pointed us to direction of hotel but We couldn’t find it as it seemed to be a small door wedged between a restaurant and patio tables. Didn’t realize the hotel and restaurant were one and the same. It was a long flight and we were tired. Once we were there and past our frustration it was lovely, I don’t know how we missed it!

Water pressure and hot water were disappointing, bathroom was beautiful and nicely updated.

Unfortunately, both nights there were very loud parties directly below the room, that went until very late at night (around 1:00 am), and the noise prevented us from sleeping until very late.

The location is central, the food is good, and the frescoes in the rooms were delightful. But the real highlight of the Albergo Cappella are the staff. Everyone we encountered was so warm and helpful. Thank you!

Staff extremely nice and helpful. Very clean. Breakfast was our choice and very nice; served in courses just for us! The hotel itself was 14th century, beautiful and equipped with an elevator! Great location, center of town. Couldn’t stay longer! They also have a wine bar that we couldn’t take advantage of because it was closed the day we were there.

Albergo Cappello was my first Booking.com reservation and exceeded my expectations. Great staff, convenient location, facility very clean. Many options within walking distance to shop, eat, and/or drink. We ate in the hotel restaurant and really enjoyed the atmosphere, service, and options. Highly recommend. We stayed here as Ravenna is the cruise port for Royal Caribbean. City of Ravena has a shuttle service that picked us up in front of hotel and would highly recommend as well. On the map, hotel appears to be close to train station, however its a decent walk over some cobblestone streets, prepare and pace yourself or better yet, take a taxi. One of our rooms was off an unairconditioned hallway which made the room a tad warm.

The location could not have been better, the hotel was like staying in a private mansion. The facilities and staff were tip-top! I don't think anything could have been better.

The best thing was Dora she was amazing. The location was fantastic. The first room smelled. No place for luggage definitely was not a suite. No WiFi seems to be an on going problem. The staff was talking behind our backs as one of the waiters said “oh you are the ones that wanted air conditioning “. No air conditioning.

Elegant beautifully restored building, quiet room. Added bonus of a very good restaurant and wine bar. Wonderful location for exploring Ravenna.

1. The building itself is amazing, and they managed to structure the hotel in such a way that the building is very well preserved and showcased. 2. The staff is great. 3. Breakfast was very good. 4. Location is amazing. 5. Room (family room) size, comfort, and ambience were unbeatable. I would like to return someday. No complaints.
