One thing I really liked about the property was its prime location. It was convenient to everything while still having a warm, homey atmosphere. The staff was exceptional and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

Be aware there's no elevator, particularly for those on the topmost floor. Breakfast was 8-10 so a bit later for some.

Chez papa was wonderful! Staff was amazing and so accommodating even tho we only spent one night there before and after our cruise. That we didn’t stay longer!

Wonderful staff, very helpful. Highly recommend this location, in the middle of town, an easy walk anywhere. Parking is very convenient.

Our room was large with two bedrooms and a private veranda. Everything was beautiful and clean. The a/c was great as well as the breakfast in the morning. Staff was helpful and very nice! Only steps away from all of the shops. Also, being able to book transfers from the airport and to the cruise port was a huge plus!!

Chez Papa is a beautiful B&B in a great location, close to historic Ravenna and great restaurants. Our room was lovely, and the courtyard was a beautiful place to sit in the evenings. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was _so_ helpful: when we couldn't find a taxi to the train station, they drove us! We have spent 3 weeks in Italy, and this was our best hotel.

Location, amenities and staff was great. AC works nicely, Delicious breakfast. Jacopo and Ambet make our staying much better. Jacopo help us get to our ship personally, greatly appreciated. All was great.

Gorgeous place! Nothing

Because the hotel is central, the window to our room overlooked a restaurant, which can be noisy at night. The breakfast was also just "okay", nothing special. But I guess that's reflected in the price.

Walking accessible to all of the old town areas within just a couple of minutes.

In the historic center of Ravenna, pedestrian quiet zone, boutique scale hotel, very well decorated! Staff is amazing, attentive and genuine welcoming!!! The rooms are facing the cute internal courtyard and very peaceful. We had a good sleep! Breakfast was abandoned and had a plentiful selection of pastries, cheese, fruits and cold meats. Of course delicious cappuccino! Chez papa offered bikes, and after visiting all mosaic monuments we biked to the beach at Adriatic Sea. Thank you Chez papa staff for taking care of us! Beautiful property. Loved the Junior Suite, the lovely, peaceful courtyard. Great location—easy to walk anywhere. Nothing!

The location was perfect. The accommodations were lovely. Staff allowed us to store our luggage prior to check-in and made sure we had everything we needed. Nothing.

We had a wonderful stay Chez Papa. Easy check-in and our room was very spacious with a wonderful terrace. The extra room was useful for us as an office space. I really enjoyed the charming decor and beautiful details through the property. I wished we could stay longer!

We appreciated the thoughtful and attentive staff. The courtyard was a welcome respite. Our room looked out on the courtyard so privacy involved closing the drapes in our large room.
