The gentleman at the reception was very nice & accommodating. Very considerate of my walking disability. There were stairs right at the entrance of the hotel.

The room was very comfortable, excellent air conditioning, and a good mattress, firm, but not the kind that in motion isolating. Not a problem. Loved the hotel and our stay.

breakfast very good. Very nice man at the desk. It would have been nice to have had tea n coffee making facilities in the room. One of the bedside lamps didnt work.

Very nice people. Rooms and hotel spacious, calm and central. Lovely breakfast. Perfect for my 85-year old mum... (there are some stairs at the entrance but there is a stairlift).

All members of the staff were extremely helpful!!!! In particular, we left a sports jacket in closet and the staff volunteered to mail it to us in the USA.

Great location, very nice owners (they take care of guest services) and helpful staff, big and nice room and the breakfast is excellent. The room and the bathroom were a little outdated and in need of some small renovation.

Reception was well-staffed: at all the times we passed it there was someone, and they were friendly. The hotel was located in the center of Ravenna, not far from the station and relatively close to St Vital, the major point of historical/artistic interest. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with a very wide choice of sweet and savoury foods, including freshly baked croissant and Danish-style pastries, pancakes (with 5 different kinds of syrup), cookies, cakes, focaccia, cheeses, yogurt (three kinds), cereals with dried fruit & grains, fresh fruit, and of course all the ordinary things like bread, butter, jam, coffee etc. The room had a large bed, a small desk, a very adequate bathroom, and many power outlets. All of this for a quite decent price. The room didn't have much space beyond its large double bed.
