The location was awesome - everything walkable. A cute family run hotel - ac worked great and everything was clean. The staff helped us call taxi to train station. Breakfast was fine and their coffee wonderful. I would stay here again. Nothing I liked it all

Breakfast needs some improvements—too many sweet items. Breakfast and mosquitos. Perhaps to install window nets will be beneficial.

The price was reasonable. Centrally located with lots of restaurants and services nearby. Within walking distance of the train station. Close to Dante's tomb and other historic landmarks. Rooms were old and not well-appointed. Breakfast was included, but the variety of selections was minimal. Beds were rock hard, not comfortable. Our room had loose electrical wiring (electrical hazard), and one TV didn't work.

The location was great and the couple running it were very nice and helpful. The room was also comfortable for a family of 4, and the location was fantastic and was right in the middle of everything. Everything was great, the pillows could be better, but honestly in the grand scheme of things it was a nice little place.

Great location They are undergoing remodeling and the aircon was not available. Windows can be opened but there are no screens. Also, the bathtub is very difficult to get into for an older person.

The hotel is centrally located near the major sites that a tourist would enjoy. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is wonderful. The front staff is friendly and helpful. Many restaurants are nearby. Recommended. The rooms are a bit small including the bathroom. This is expected in an older city hotel.

Proximity to the central piazza was amazing. Staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfasts were included with a variety of food. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. A wonderful gelateria opposite the front door. Small shower was a bit awkward.
