quien Location, nice comfortable room, we were able to park the car inside, friendly host. The breakfast was poor, very good coffee but the food was only sweet bakery wrapped in foil, the kind you buy in boxes in the supermarket, apart from that apples and yogurt.

Very nice and welcoming host. Nice and green interior garden, providing also a safe place to park the car (very useful in case valuables are to be left in the car). Quiet environment. Good location, close to the downtown (1.5km/20min walking, mosty on pietonal streets). Very basic breakfast. We found the matresses quite hard to our taste. During our summer stay the interior garden was literally invaded by mosquitoes. No cleaning during our 3 nights stay.

Host is very nice and friendly. Room was clean, with enough space. Typical Italian brekfast with delicius coffee. Location is in quiet area near the city center. If you rent a bike (for free) you can explore the beautiful city of Ravenna with no effort.

The location is good, very quiet and close to the center, the room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You can even use their bikes free of charge to move around the town.

A large room with a large bathroom on a very nice property and a very nice host. A bit away from the center but not far. Very accommodating host for what is probably a 3-4 room property extension of the owners own home. The breakfast room was charming. The bed was uncomfortable and is the only reason i wouldn't go back. It was a pretty hard or thin mattress and I wouldn't want to sleep on it again. I wish i had realized there were black out curtains in the room but i did arrive late and didn't check. Could use a welcome guide in the room itself that covers the basics.

Lovely B & B, the host was very friendly and helpful. Separate room on suite to the main house. Very clean with homely deco - walkable to the town which was fabulous. Cannot think of anything.

The host was gracious and treated us like family. She helped bring our luggage upstairs and gave us suggestions on where to go to see sites along with easy directions. At the end of our stay, she spent a lot of time helping us find a taxi to the cruise port so we could get on our cruise. Taxi service in the area was very limited and busy but she was able to keep calling and found one that got us to where we needed to go in plenty of time. We would love to visit again and highly recommend staying here. Everything was perfect. There was nothing lacking.

NOTHING!!! My husband and I arrived at the B&B Dimora delle Emme at the scheduled time confirmed by the reservation. To our unpleasant surprise, there was NO ONE to greet us. We tried, more than once, to contact the owner by phone, but she did not answer us. Indignant, disoriented and tired, we went downtown to the Tourist Office, which, luckily, was still open. The attendant finally got in touch with the owner. After two hours of our arrival in Ravenna, as the Tourist Office is more than 1 kilometer from the B&B, we managed to settle into our room. Unfortunately, we were unable to take a decent shower, as the shower drain was clogged and the bathroom was completely flooded. This issue was only resolved two days after our arrival, as the owner was absent for another day. We are frequent travelers to Europe, mostly Italy, and we never have such TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

The landlady was amazing! Super friendly and kind. Nothing, we enjoyed our staying a lot.

The staff is very kind and the room is very clean. The hand-made cake for the breakfast was very good. I couldn’t use Wi-Fi in my room.
