Eileen, on the front desk was lovely and helpful. No bath mats, old, very tired accommodation. A hairdryer that nearly burst into flames, finding someone else’s used bandaid in the bed. Pillows so old they smelled. Couldn’t get new towels into the washing had been done and then the maids forgot. Really, apart from an ok location, this hotel really needs a huge overhaul.

The location was great. close to everything we wanted to go to. That was about it. It was dirty and uncomfortable. There were molds on the bathroom ceiling. There were no vents in the bathroom. The security was good d/t 24/7 reception but the room door doesn’t have any manual inside lock. It was just a one coded door. The bed sheets made us itchy.

Excellent help with our questions and needs by Jonathon. Many thanks. As we had to leave before breakfast time, we were provided with a sandwich. Request this the evening before. A good location for walking to the centre. The breakfast was really basic; we had to go to a café to eat something satisfactory. The coffee was instant out of a sachet. It was really hard work communicating with the receptionist at check-in; language challenge. The address noted in your app, when used in Google, left us 1.5km from the hotel. Even our Uber driver couldn't find it. The address lacks precision! Jonathan helped us find a more accurate address.

I was attacked by another guest at the hotel, and it was recorded in the security cams. They said they have had some other problems with him previously. Reception offered to give me another room, but nothing else. They didn't even call the police. The staff was very supportive, but be sure that the hotel do not care about the safety of their guests at all.

Nothing The place is not in the safest part of Santiago. It smells of damp throughout the entire place. The rooms are even worse and smells damp and you can't even breathe in there. No windows for ventilation. It is so awful. The shower has mould. The staff are not the friendliest or helpful.
