Great location, close to city, modern and clean room. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful especially Juan, he went above and beyond of what was expected.

Hotel Ismael is a lovely hotel in a great location. We were able to walk to the historical city, St Lucia, the restaurant area, San Cristobal . With a park across the road, it is very quiet. Staff were excellent and very helpful. nothing.

This is a perfect location, with a real local feel. Anything you need in Santiago is accessible either within walking distance or by easy transit connections nearby. The staff were exceptional and we loved the little rooftop pool with stunning views. We loved it all!

They took care of me with a gluten-free and lactose-free breakfast. The facilities were of a very high standard. These were my last two days in Chile after a long trip and it was a pleasure to end them there. The room was huge and pleasent. It will be nice to have a kettle instead of the coffee machine.

This is in a lovely location, with great access to dining and other attractions. It’s nice to have a green space right outside the front door. The staff were exceptional. Nothing to note

Breakfast was very good with several choices including eggs, pastries and fresh fruit. Loved the cappachino. Nothing

This is an Excellent hotel. The staff were very helpful and responsive with anything we needed. The desk clerks spoke English which made our stay much easier. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast was ample and excellent including espresso drinks. The location was one block from the Lastarria neighborhood of great restaurants and cafes and pedestrian streets. Easy to walk to the Plaza de Armas and the mercado as well as on the park. Nothing. All was excellent. Best stay of our trip. We liked it so much we came back for two more nights before flying home.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was extremely clean. Our beds were comfortable. And our room was quiet at night. Breakfast was very good. The location was very central. Easy to walk places and easy to get to the metro to get farther out. The room key cards were extremely finicky and needed to be reset daily. The pool was closed because there was some work going on up there. It’s supposed to reopen the day that we left. Sorry to miss out on that.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The hotel overall and room are terrific. Breakfast could have been better

The lobby and breakfast area were very clean and looked aesthetically pleasing. It was clean and check in/out was efficient and quick. The hotel staff were very helpful and answered all of our questions. They were readily available to offer assistance. The rooms are basic and needed some renovating. They were comfortable but dated with fraying carpet. Our room was facing a busy street and the windows did little to cut the outside traffic noise, people talking and dogs barking.

Excellent location. Tasty breakfast with good variety. The restaurant space is pleasant, and there is a good working area near the reception, which was very convenient. At check-in, we were also greeted by a staff member at the entrance who did not verbally communicate, which created an uncomfortable first impression. The television was not working from the moment we arrived. Additionally, our room did not have towels or a bath mat. Resolving this issue required multiple follow-ups and took longer than expected, especially since there was only one staff member at the reception at the time. Wifi was very unstable.

Everything!! It was a perfect stay! The staff is just amazing, always offering to help with any questions or issue you may have! Checking in is fast and easy and the hotel, location, rooms, breakfast and rooftop terrasse are simply amazing! As my plane is leaving in the evening, i asked for a late check out and since it was possible for them to accommodate me, they generously accepted!! Thank you to all the staff for making this 1 day layover a truly great experience! Nothing, everything is perfect ?

Location was excellent. Rooftop swimming pool and sun terrace was fabulous. 100m from National Art Gallery, 15 mins walk from funicular railway. Very close to good restaurants and parks. Staff very helpful. Good breakfast

This small modern boutique hotel is located on a quiet street across from a lovely park, in easy walking distance to numerous restaurants, museums, Sant Lucía Hill and other sites in the historic part of the city. Interior offers comfortable, artistically decorated common areas, including a roof top pool, as well as comfortable rooms with balconies with views of surrounding area. Staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfasts were well beyond the general fare of most hotels.

I liked the location. The hotel is in front of a park, close to the Bellas Artes Museum and the metro station (Universidad Católica around 8 minutes by foot). The photo in the ad shows a room with a view of the park, but in reality, my room was a dilapidated building. The pool is not heated (which makes it useless in Santiago). Breakfast has few options; it takes forever to make a cappuccino and bring coffee. The minibar in the room doesn't cool, it only keeps it refrigerated. The worst thing was that the bathroom was all glass, which makes it extremely difficult to share a room (not just couples, they travel together, they can be siblings, friends, etc.)

The staff were fantastic!! The front desk staff was very helpful in getting us taxi rides, advice and where to find an ATM, and they made arrangements for a transfer to the nearby ski area. An unfortunate, non-violent, situation happened to my husband and I, in which we had to file a police report. Laura, at the front desk, helped to translate for us to file the police report. She went above and beyond her duties to help us. We're so thankful for her help. The morning breakfast was very good and fresh. I could see the kitchen staff was very attentive to the display of the buffet-style food. The wait staff was exceptional! The beds were very comfortable. The shower stall had mold around the caulk joints. The carpet needed to be vacuumed better.
