They canceled the day of my stay and sent me to another hotel.

Inconsistent communication from management

The daily breakfast was excellent. But for us, it was all about location. Walkable to both the Lastarria and the Plaza de Armas, the Hotel Sommelier made and excellent spot to do some sightseeing and enjoy Santiago. thought they were great and extremely helpful.

Loved the fun furnishings

Comfortable, clean, nice staff, good breakfast. Restaurant upstairs was great. We had a balcony room under the restaurant, it was noisy until it closed.

Location excellent for a short trip. Breakfast could have been better and general upkeep of hotel could be better

Rooftop patio We arrived in the Santiago early in the morning. Prior to arriving in Santiago I contacted the property asking him if we could store luggage until check-in. They stored our luggage which I appreciated. They told us we could check into our rooms early, but it was $75 per person to check in early. I’ve never had a hotel charge extra to check in early when a room is available.

Excellent location convenient to restaurants and other attractions. Loved the rooftop bar/ restaurant. Doors closing was a bit noisy. But really was a no -issue

Room was very clean, breakfast was delicious. The location was safe and easy to get to other sites. Staff was very accommodating, and saw to everything we asked for, and allowed us to keep our room for late checkout for a reasonable amount. The desk attendant went above and beyond to make sure we weren't scammed by a taxi! We loved the boutique aspect, well appointed, clean, and a perfect place for those of us who don't like big box hotels! Americans.. I woukd have liked a box of kleenex. Tp was fine

Fantastic! Roomy, clean, delicious breakfast, hot and cold shower is good, location is great, wonderful and professional staff, taxi service is excellent, I would recommend to anyone visiting first time or returning guests. If i ever return to Santiago i would love to stay here again. We return because we loved everything. We return because we are satisfied. Thank you Sommelier hotel and staff. Comfortable bed. Rooms are wide big and clean. Nice hotel cold shower. They accommodated my to go food for early morning tour. Helpful staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santiago. It is right in downtown where you need to go. I will also stay here if i have a chance on my next visit. Nothing really. Everything is good so far.

Location was terrific. No A/C in the rooms so that it was very hard to sleep because the room was so warm.

The hotel rooms are very nicely done with a spacious bathroom. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, with English speakers at the front desk. The breakfast is good and the location is perfect for close access to Santa Lucia and Lastarria, as well as the parks along the river. The hotel arranged my taxi from and to the airport. The real bonus of the Hotel Sommelier is the rooftop restaurant with wonderful staff and excellent Chilean dishes. The view of the Andes from the 8th floor rooftop is splendid.

Loved my room.Bed was comfy. Decor was amazing. Staff was helpful. Lent me a card to use the subway. Breakfast was good. Enjoy the fruits. Great location, close to everything. Roof top reaturant was amazing. Guys up there were really great. Food and drinks good. Sometimes the bathroom was not cleaned properly.

Room was small and had only one chair. There was an issue with the air conditioning not working properly, and closet wouldn’t close so the light burned all night.
