Very nice place for a short stay. A quiet and special corner hidden in the center of Santiago, easy for exploring the city. Staffs are nice. Washing machine is not available for use by guest, they can provide laundry service instead with a cost. This is not fit the description of their facility: washing machine in bathroom.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very central but safe. The room was large and they upgraded us for free (thank you!) Great place for empanadas right there on the corner.

Breakfast was just average, but adequate.

We stayed here twice while in Chile - both were very comfortable. Quiet location, very helpful team, great location. Highly recommend.

Quiet, clean, large room and bathroom Breakfast extra cost

The location offers maximum security as well as exceptionable location ,. I believe the British call it a close. Great breakfast and super staff it was difficult locating the street address due to being marked on the main street

It was a convenient location, the room was spacious and comfortable. When we arrived no one was there to register us. An employee who spoke no English showed us our room and gave us the key to our room but told us we still needed to check in with someone else when he returned, they didn’t know when this would be. This surprised me as they knew when we would be arriving as they arranged a car to pick us up at the airport. We went out and when we returned a few hours later and rang the bell no one answered. I had to message through the booking.com app for someone to come and let us in, who acted surprised no one had given us the code to the door. The lack of someone always at reception made us nervous about leaving our bags after checkout the next day and we returned earlier than we would have, although someone was there to give us back our bags.

The location was great and the hotel was nice. The bed was very comfy and the shower decent. I liked the seclusion of the hotel while still being very central. A refresh in the room decor would not go amiss. Large damp area over shower (probably due to lack of decent paint quality for bathrooms given there was no extractor fan). It would be nice to have a comfy public sitting area. It's really more like a classy B&B than a hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is terrific with sculptures in the small cul-de-sac.

Artsy location
-
Just a little bit loud due to neighbours
-
Very attentive, friendly and accommodating staff. Nicely decorated rooms with large windows. Even if the general area could not be considered the safest, the immediate area was quiet and safe since the hotel was in a gated cul de sac. nothing really

Highly recommend this spot when visiting Santiago. Great location, close to metro stops, SUPER quiet. We slept great. Simon and the team were very helpful. Cannot comment on breakfast, we did not partake. All very good

We only stayed the one night, before coming back again for another 1 night stay. We liked our 2nd floor room a lot. It was spacious and comfortable. The price was quite reasonable. The location was good for a local feel. There isn't an elevator, so my husband had to carry all our bags up one flight of stairs; thankfully just one flight. The lighting was a little dim, but no big deal. All else was good, so can't complain.

We stayed on the 2nd floor the 1st time and although there was no elevator, we liked our 2nd floor room better. We stayed on the 1st floor this time and the room cost less. However it was less spacious and the bed wasn't quite as comfortable. But we were happy not to climb the stairs with our luggage. We were able to store our luggage upon noon checkout and were so happy to be able to go back to the hotel as needed to use their private bathroom until we left for the airport that evening. The staff was pleasant and always offered us transfers to/from the airport as needed. We didn't use the transfers though, as they were more expensive than the official taxi from the airport or UBER to the airport. We liked that both rooms we stayed in had refrigerators. 1st floor is more convenient, but room is smaller. It was still quiet though. We would stay again and pending on how tired we may be, we'd choose the 2nd floor if we didn't mind carrying luggage or would stay on the 1st floor again if we didn't feel like carrying it up.

the dry and wet separation in bathroom could be more complete.
