Casa Bueras Boutique Hotel
About Casa Bueras Boutique Hotel
Experience Elegance and Comfort at Casa Bueras Boutique Hotel Housed in a beautifully restored 1927 mansion, Casa Bueras Boutique Hotel blends classic architecture and modern comfort in the heart of Santiago’s vibrant Lastarria neighborhood. Originally built with elegant architectural details, the mansion retains its distinctive character through high ceilings, ornate moldings, a grand marble staircase with bronze handrails, and a lush interior garden with an outdoor pool. The thoughtful renovation preserved its charm while incorporating contemporary amenities such as an elevator and curated art. With only 14 exclusive rooms, the hotel offers a personalized and intimate ambiance. Rooms are decorated in warm tones and feature a mix of hardwood and floating floors, Bluetooth speakers, flat-screen TVs, air conditioning, mini-bar, and complimentary high-speed Wi‑Fi. Select rooms include private terraces, garden views, or elegant bathtubs. Guests can also enjoy our honesty bar—available exclusively for guests—where they may help themselves to a selection of waters, soft drinks, beers, wines, sparkling wines, classic cocktails, and snacks. Each morning, a full buffet breakfast is served in our restaurant. Many guests describe our garden as a true oasis in the city—ideal for beginning the day or unwinding after exploring Santiago. Our privileged location places you steps from San Cristóbal Hill, Santa Lucía Hill, the Fine Arts Museum, GAM Cultural Center, and the lively Patio Bellavista. Some of Santiago’s top culinary destinations—Bocanáriz, Chipe Libre (Pisco & Cuisine), and the iconic Liguria—are just around the corner. Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, Casa Bueras Boutique Hotel offers a refined and welcoming retreat in the heart of Santiago.

The facility is tired, and the shower was moldy. The place needs a major overhaul. A 3-star at most.

Breakfast was very good and included eggs and bacon to order. Location was very good. Staff was very accommodating. A dog barked constantly the first night which kept us awake. I can’t really fault the hotel though.

The hotel is in a nice location. The manager and staff were friendly and responsive. The terrace & garden were nice. Cleanliness could have been improved, with the lobby needing dusted, stains on the bed comforter and curtains - pretty easy fixes.

A great hotel, wonderful service
-
Great location, beautiful rooms and modern decor complemented the building nicely. Air con was super useful on the very hot nights. Breakfast was nice, the outdoor area and pool are a major bonus. The floors were extremely squeaky & we could hear the upstairs room any time they walked which even woke us up mid-sleep.

A fantastic location just a few minutes walk from the Lastarria Main Street with countless restaurants, bars, shops and street markets. Staff were extremely helpful, and the breakfast was excellent, including made to order omelettes.
-
The location is close to Plaza de Armas, the metrostation and Cerro Cristobal. The neighbourhood is lively. The hotel is not 5 star at all. The room was very dusty and the bathroom was full of black fungus. One of us got even breathing problems from it. The hotel is overrated. The swimming pool makes an awful lot of noise during the night. The hotel needs a big refurbishment.

Location to great food and attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful.
-
Good stay - room and location were great but not sure it’s great value for money.
-
Room size, room style, comfort and staff Would love to be able to make a cup of tea in the room.

Excellent breakfast great selection , omelette is also available . Location is fine quiet & walking distance to most sites. Hotel won a Trip Advisor reward in 2014 but has been coasting on its status. Property needs a little maintenance & some updating. The only outlet for charging phones , IPads , Kindles etc in our room was on the wall in the bathroom right next to sink .We had to put phone , IPad on counter in front of sink. Beside lights need updating with charging ports. IIt would be nice to have coffee or tea available in the room or at least complimentary on premises

Charming, good design, pool, well located. There’s nothing I don’t like. It’s an older property and that’s the charm.
