Liked the driveway, reception was very attentive. Concierge very helpful The room was on a lean, felt a bit uncomfortable and a bit unsafe. Hotel building seems very old, needs a bit of work

Was permitted to check out two hrs after the scheduled check out time. Was able to keep our bags in concierge for an extended period of time. Housekeeping was very good. Not enough staff understanding English.

A bit of a disappointment. Asked for an omelette, which was provided, but didn’t know you could order one since there’s no bkfst menu.No ketchup or hot sauces. Lots of sweets. Limited number of fresh fruits. You had to special order fresh juices. AC was not functioning properly for several days. It made for some hot nights. Elevators were being worked on for most of our stay. The room had large windows, which hadn’t been washed in many months. Soap provided one day, wash cloths twice. Hotel rest was a disappointment. The pumpkin soup was terrible; supposedly it was creamed but had a sour/vinegar taste. Wines are overpriced for what is offered.

We liked everything: the spacious room, coffee in the room, the delicious breakfast, the cool bar, but specially the staff were very professional and greqted us very well, and they gave us all the information we needed. The bathroom didn't have an air extractor.

The location was good and my room on the 21st floor had wonderful views and was lovely and clean. First my key card didn't work, I had to go back to reception, the new card didn't work and I had to wait in non-air- conditioned environment for a staff member to help me. Then I realised the lady had not given me the wifi password and it wasn't in the room and then the lift broke and I was stuck for 10 mins going up and down. I was generally unimpressed by the standard and do not think this is a 4* hotel.

Decent location. Comfortable bed. The hotel is dated and finishes are old and worn. The buffet breakfast was average, and rooms didn't have smart TV's or USB outlets. The gym was ordinary and the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay. It would've been nice to have been notified about this as it's one of the reasons why we chose the hotel. Overall the hotel doesn't present as a 5 star facility.

The location was the only real benefit and the fact that the hop on and off bus stopped at the hotel. Almost everything. The room was damp, the hallway in desperate needs of redecoration, the shower didn't work properly, the room had few power sockets and few worked, the breakfast consisted of the same unimpressive menu each morning.
