Hotel Infinity Park Santiago

Good location in Santiago.

The room was filthy, the towels had stains, someone had used the bathroom before I entered the room, there were hairs on the pillow, it was scary to walk around the street at night, the light was sickly and pale, my windows opened onto concrete walls and a boiler room. I ran away after one night. I will never go back there. When I asked where I could eat in the area, they told me they didn't know and only gave me a brochure from a guy who had just brought it.

Great location for walking or taking public transportation. Clean comfortable rooms. Good breakfast.

The window was broken in the room and it was very loud next to the road.

Location is great. Walking distance to pretty much everything we were after - good eateries, town centre, walks etc The room was pretty dated. The bathroom had a slightly broken sink, bulbs were missing from the light fittings. The room faced the road and didn’t have double glazing so it was pretty noisy.

This hidden jewel is pure LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. Close to Patio Bellavista, Barrio Lastarria, GAM, Teleferico San Cristobal and close to the presidential palace. Rooms are small but for the price you don’t need much. I would have wanted a room with view to the park and not to the inside of the building.

Good location, got an upgrade to a nice room with balcony, clean, comfortable beds, great staff, good price/quality ratio. Nothing to say.

Location. Staff Breakfast - the cook had quit. So it was a make do breakfast- ! Very very sparse room - terrible furniture although bed ok. Bathroom was not well appointed-toiletries were terrible! Had to ask for everything including a bath mat!

Location in Lastarria close to historical center. I wouldn’t want to walk around the hotel very late at night though. I felt totally safe during the day. Elevator works. The rooms were very worn, much more rundown/dates than in the pictures, bathroom was a little rough. Sheets felt clean but had some visible stains. Pillows were rock hard very stuffed, I couldn’t use them. There were no towels in the room when I arrived but I went and asked and they gave me two body size towels, no wash cloths or smaller towels. My room didn’t have a working deadbolt so I put the chair in front of the door at night since anyone with a key would be able to enter while I was inside. Overall very bare bones but it’s dirt cheap so you can’t expect much more.

central location to major attractions It was dark and the location was sus at night. it was also noisy so i couldn’t sleep

The location was good for my needs. Simple to walk to the main tourist sites during the day and easy to walk to restaurants in Lastarria or Bellavista in the evenings. If you have a room with a window either to front or rear of the property you might hear noise around 3-4 am from people at the bus stops. I found the staff to be generally helpful, some have much better English than others. As mentioned in other reviews the corridors can smell of cigarettes and the concept of having a shower mat appears to phase the housekeeping staff, Sometimes when my room was cleaned I received no replacement towels and had to ask at reception to get them replenished. I've stayed at the hotel twice now and found the internet to be good in my rooms on floors 3 & 4. The rooms are of a good size, the beds are comfortable, the air con works OK. If I were to return to Santiago I would not hesitate to stay at the hotel again. Did not try the breakfast as I went to the nearby McD for that.
