The location was great! The balcony smell of cigarette and it goes onto the room.

I loved everything about this hostel, the staff (especially Stacey) the roof top terrace, the spotlessly clean kitchen and communal areas s d the location was at the top of a road with bars but far enough away the noise couldn’t be heard. Loved this place Nothing

Wonderful view and very attentive staff

Perfect location to venture out and about. Staff were great, especially Stacey ? Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean. The communal area was spotless and well equipped. The roof top seating area was a real bonus giving lovely views of the Andes. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend ? The only negative I would say was the quality of the towels which were very warn.

Good location close to Bellavista plaza. Social hostal and staff put on activities. Got lucky we booked a private room but got a big large 4 person bunk room to ourselves. Not the most clean. Split water on my room floor and when I went to clean it, it was black. Very loud from outside I struggled to sleep at night.

I had the worst time at this hospital first they recommended a taxi company that tried to overcharge me and eventually charge me twice for just one ride also this Hostel just charged me for a night that I was not in the facility. I only made bookings for three nights and I already paid for that. I would like my refund for this fraudulent charge.

When I was there wasn't any Wi-Fi available (which I understand can happen sometimes). My private room smelled musty, lots of narrow stairs (not accessible) all these things I can manage but when I woke up eaten alive I freaked out and checked out right away. Manager said they would refund me, as I was charged in advance for all nights. It's been over a month and they still have not processed any refund as promised. I moved to a much nicer hotel in downtown Santiago that was very clean. The kicker is that the hotel I moved to was almost the same price as the private room price at this hostel. I had a limited time in Santiago and so much was wasted because I had to deal with the bites and move hotels, etc.

Convenient location, friendly staff No water for the first day (not the hostel’s fault but still…). The bathroom (shower) has mildew and is not very clean. Also the window doesn’t isolate at all. There was a LOT of noise at night when we wanted to sleep and the cold air could also get in

The cleaning standards for the room were subpar and the room wasn't comforting or pleasant. The shower wouldn't function properly and it was just gross

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. We appreciate the use of the facilities after checkout. We participated in the free yoga class. The view from the terrace was amazing!

I had a great stay at this accommodation in Santiago. The location is excellent, it’s close to public transportation, restaurants, and several main attractions, which made it really easy to get around the city. Right around the corner you'll find the "Patio Bellavista" full of very nice restaurants, which is a must. My room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and enough space for my luggage. The Wi-Fi worked well and the staff were always friendly and willing to help with anything I needed. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Santiago!

The location was amazing. Outside Patio Belavista so fun times are literally a 1 minute walk away. If that’s not your vibe, Lastarria area is a 10 minute walk away! This hostel is definitely highlighted by its location and also wonderful staff. Laura helped me out with some awesome restaurant recommendations in the area. I stayed in a private room in the hostel that was located on the 3rd floor and a few steps from the staircase and rooftop. This means it was constantly loud. Maybe I had a bad experience, but there was a guy on the rooftop who would play music until 4AM, it was ridiculous. Furthermore, the shower and bathroom in my private room could really use a cleaning. Clean enough, but very moldy in spots. Also, for a hostel, it wasn’t very social. Even when I approached the rooftop maniac playing the music he just turned it down and sat down staring at his phone seemingly waiting for me to leave.

I couldn’t sleep in the female shared room. Too close to the street and I could hear all the noise during the night.
