Location in a great place to explore the fun part of Santiago. Someone has really gone into allot of effort to make it nice. Really nice staff. However if you are someone who will move next to an airport to complain about the noise. This is not for you. The staff were very helpful when I got mugged outside and my phone stolen. (My fault) The noise! The energy! The Chilean wine tasting int the complex across the street. This is a party area. It was dirty, and no this is not the tranquil Yoga place that the pictures show. The shower was terrible. A dribble at most. The bathroom was not clean. Hard to sleep, but as I said before this is a vibrant area.

An absolute joke. If you wanna sleep right in the middle of a karaoke disco (downstairs with zero soundproofing) until 5am - book it. I paid 90 dollars for that pleasure. And then got charged another 20 for a little speck of blood on a pillow. Staff was rude, blamed me for checking out 20 mins late. And the sheets wasn’t clean to begin with, found some hair. Room was fairly shit too. So unless you want a very loud karaoke in your bed - stay away from this place.

I could see that owner who created this hotel wanted to do smth beautiful, comfy and for affordable price. So room is small however very cozy and u have everything you need. However it’s visible that staff is not really into work there. Lady who met me at the reception was sweet but I could see tiredness in her eyes. But still she helped me with my backpack. cleanliness of the room wish to be better, I found some different pieces of paper etc. and my bed and side bed sofa had some hair particles which was disgusting. And noise! It was terrible. I could hear the music and voices from the outside even wearing AirPods with noise cancellation mode.

We contacted Covid on our first day. They were very considerate and brought our breakfast to our room. They gave us ice when requested and left us alone when needed. Very kind staff. Television had many channels to choose from. Decent wifi connection. It was very loud outside on Saturday night until about 5:00 am! We were exhausted so we slep ok, and the other nights were reasonably quiet. There is a step down in the bathroom that was kind of Dani. You have to remember it’s there in those middle of the night trips.

The location The noise around the area, too many bars around it.
-
great room shower bed just a noisy pub outside
-
Location No keycards, room is not soundproof, too much noise coming in from the street. Shower floors are very slippery.
-
Clean rooms, nice staff. Impossible to sleep as there appears to be no isolation from the very loud music on the street happening every night.

It felt secure with the main door being locked outside of standard hours. The room was also tidy and clean. The property sits above a loud bar that stays open late. The walls were pretty thin so you could hear everything.
