great hostel with good location in santiago. Lots to do with events planned everyday. place was clean and staff very friendly giving good recommendations. I really loved the artwork throughout the place, definitely very a unique hostel. i was there in the winter low season so not that many people, but still had a good time and met some people it has a very sociable environment.

good location for exploring santiago, hot showers and staff was very helpful. Great overall atmosphere. Also has cool artwork all around. Good value for the price I paid. i was there in the winter so some unheated areas can be cold, but with warm clothes its still fine.

fun and friendly, good location, enjoyed my stay!

location was really good, i could walk to most of the tourist spots. hostel is really fun and laid back. the bar gives out free shots every evening. Room was clean and overall i think it was good for the price. some bathrooms have a faulty shower curtain and water sprays onto the bathroom floor. Also if you're sleeping in the front area it can be a little loud since they play music in the bar. I asked to be changed rooms and since it was off season they didnt have a problem and was able to get a quieter room.

the layout of the hostel is very spacious, lots of different common areas indoor and out. The events were also fun, the hostel bar gives out free vodka shots every evening. Location is good, nightlife and sightseeing both walkable. some bathrooms could def use a remake, there is no breakfast although the hostel offers free coffee which was good. thats what comes to mind....

i liked the neighborhood, liveliness, friendly staff and the BBQ. fun activites like beer pong in the evenings. no breakfast but free coffee in the mornings was a nice surprise.

Smells like poop

However, there was no running water for 2+ days of my stay, meaning: no flushing toilets, no access to kitchen and no showers (tricky for things like basic hygiene). No explanation was given by staff, other than a sign on the bathroom doors showing the alternative method for flushing the loo and recommending a basin of cold water if you wanted to clean yourself.

The hostel run based on volunteers, most of the time they have no idea of what's going on, I get people needs to make money, but using 80% of the staff as volunteers who constantly change is not a good idea. The hostel is basically some old houses they put together and then painted, it looks old and not maintained, bathrooms rally dirty and hit water works only when it wants. Also, shared beds should have curtains so at least you have a bit of privacy but no

The building is amazing, it is huge and very colourful. The location is great, but if you have light sleep, dont go here - there is lots of bars in the street so it gets very noisy. But there are very nice patios, games you can borrow and the hostel offers nice service. We didnt like the atmosphere. Maybe we werent lucky, but the hostel is presented as very social but ut wasnt during our stay. It seemed like a normal hotel with shared rooms. Also, the shower on our floor was only cold (i waited 15 minutes and still cold) and the kitchen was not equipped well. We wanted to wash our clothes (on friday) and they told us its full and we can do it on monday! Luckily, they found some space for us, but still it was pretty annoying and strange.

the ambiance, the location, great for meeting other backpackers it could use some TLC, bathrooms need an update imo

Everything is nearby. There’s also a lot to do in the hostel, activity wise. Check-in was easy and it’s safe. It’s right next to the main highway so it’s a bit noisy but it’s fine with me coz I can sleep no matter how loud it is outside.

Comfortable beds, 2 kitchens, lots of chill out areas including multiple hammocks The area is quite sketchy, didn’t feel safe at night there. Just be careful if you’re staying there. Only social event was on friday night, rooms were very hot
