Convenient location. Clean room. Nice facility. The breakfast was fair.

I would definitely stay here again. Parking lot was clean and the grounds were well maintained, lobby was clean and cool. Elevator and hallway was clean and cool, and the room was perfect. Friendly staff and terrific homemade chocolate chip cookies

Disappointing

Friendly staff, comfy bed, clean room and delicious breakfast. Roku TV was lacking. We prefer cable.

Breakfast was good. They had coffee, creamers, milk, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, eggs, sausages, bread, potatoes, muffins, warm cinnamon rolls, juices. The room was nice and clean. It was 5 min away from the waterpark that we visited. I would stay there again.

Exceptional

Absolutely clean and quiet! We asked for an upstairs quiet room and were given one. Perfect night of rest!

Common areas were not clean, elevator was dirty along with floors. Phone in room did not work, not enough towels in room, not bath mat in restroom. Breakfast cinimum rolls were stale.

Great but tv never worked properly and internet was spotty

Loves this hotel will be staying agine got the Jacuzzi tub room was an amazing set up and comfortable beds and pillows definitely impressed and enjoyed are stress free stay.

The property was nice, but the cleaning of our room left a lot to be desired. One day wasn’t cleaned at all and the other day the dirty coffee cups were left after we even told them about them and they did not empty the garbage.. we have had great experiences at other Holiday Inn express but this one was not great as far as the room being cleaned.

We booked a suite, and the room was super spacious with an enormous bed - absolutely great. The only downside was that there was always some unpleasant smell in the room. Breakfast was served really slowly.

It was comfortable and we like the breakfast and the inside pool. The pool is kind of small and the dryer didn’t dry my clothes in 45 minutes that was a whole circle.

The location and atmosphere was nice! The room felt dirty because the restroom really had a bad, bad smell but we were too tired to complain and fell asleep. We had stayed at this hotel before and it was great.

Our room was as nice as you would expect from a holiday inn however our door was extremely sticky. Very hard to open and close. It didn’t feel secure and was in serious need of repair. Also the elevator was in need of maintenance. The noises and clunks it made were made into an uneasy joke between everyone on board. The breakfast buffet was good the lady maintaining it was obviously working her butt off. Practically at a full run trying to just keep the food stocked. However she couldn’t keep up with keeping the tables clean so the dining area was pretty dirty during breakfast rush. She needed another person helping her.

Superb

Located on highway, super noisy. Check in attendant was nice. The property don’t know if they were in the middle of a remodel but room was a mess. Refrigerator didn’t work, remote and phone didn’t work. Sheets on the bed hadn’t been changed. Overall they really missed the mark for us!
