Motel 6 Redding, CA - North

The room was extremely dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned prior to our visit.

there is a small pool about 14x20( not listed) my room's shower had a constant drip which was very loud when trying to sleep and no fresh towels at all during my 9 day stay ... cable tv was subject to interference every 10-15 mins while on. And there was a on going issues with calling out on the hotel phone ( no dial tone, calls failing to connect constat busy signals etc ) on the plus side: the bed had great back support ( i slept well) and the room smelled clean& fresh

Roaches seen. Staff not friendly, dismissive.

Front desk guy It felt very unsafe and if ur a women, it's not the place to stay if your alone.

My room was clean. Great deal for the price. Not all rooms have a microwave and refrigerator, but some do. So just be aware. Super convenient right off the interstate. But you do get a little bit of interstate noise if your room is in the back of the hotel.

Clerk was rude and not very helpful. Clerks, etc smoked by office door but told me I couldn't smoke on property. Couldn't park by my room. Bed was comfortable!

First off I paid in February and when I did it said my room was good for 5 people when I checked in they said only 4 to a room so I had to pay for another room and TV don't work

Room was very muggy as soon as A/C would turn off, mattress was super old and uncomfortable, sheets had stains on them. Found a cockroach in the room by the door. Would not recommend to use this hotel. It was last minute booking on my end, had no where else to go for one night. Lesson learned.

Staff were great. the room wreaked of cigarettes, the bed was all caved in, the hotel had people up all hours of the night.

Good place for less money.

No hot water fir a shower, and when I sat on the mattress it pancakes down to about 1 inch thick...no springs left.

Price was low I was in room 245, motel was right alongside interstate and truck noise all night was extremely irritating, luckily I had earplugs or I may not have been able to sleep. No fridge or microwave in room, had coffee in lobby in morning but none in room, no soap or shampoo in room, TV worked but picture was in poor condition with two glowing lumps on screen like you were staring at car headlights

The staff was very friendly. The room was exceptionally clean. I didn't have any hot water to shower with. The mattress was really soft and uncomfortable, it seemed old like they had remodeled the rooms but kept the old beds.
