This is an older motel, but the rooms have all the amenities of a newer one. The room was clean and and quiet and the grounds were well-kept. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There are a lot of lodging options in this town, but for the price it would be hard to find any better than this one. Highly recommend. As a mom and pop hotel, their office is not open to the public after hours. But they do have a service window with a doorbell and someone is available to help 24/7.

The television in the room did not work properly. You could turn it on, but not change channels the staff could not resolve the problem. Invisibly disappear from you literally part of both of our daily Routines, and not only doesn't work on the bags it won't talk to you.

Simply furnished but clean motel. We stayed for one night, and it was easy to access from the highway.

Location was good, room was clean and well supplied, good price value. One of the 2 queen bed mattresses had a dip in it and was not supportive. The bathroom sink faucet handle was broken. Shower had a drip the second night.

Very clean. Good location. The shower was cold. The bedding full of dust mites, (needed to be washed in hot water). No coffee. No pen or paper. No iron. Tiny soaps not good enough for a shower. Expensive for the amenities.

The motel room itself was clean and smelled fresh. The air conditioner worked well. The sheets and towels were clean. The room had a microwave and small fridge that were clean. There were a lot of people sitting outside their rooms smoking and just hanging about. It almost appeared as though people/families were living at the motel on a long term basis. The room was very spartan. It did not have a coffee maker, cups, ice bucket or the basics I've come to expect in all lodging facilities. There was not an open hotel lobby even during normal business hours, rather it had a walk up window where you rang a bell for service.

This is a nice quiet area and had a room in the back so further from the road. Good-sized comfortable room with all the needed amenities.

Good value when in single-story section. Third stay, first time in two-story section: shower valve has plumbing issues making a shower difficult; downstairs rooms in two-story section hear a lot of foot traffic and voices from above. Will stay again IF I get a room in the single-story section; will not stay again otherwise.

A very basic, quiet facility…very clean, the bed was very comfortable…safe area. Can’task for more 🙂

However, my entire enjoyable stay unfortunately came to a ride ending, as I was working late the night I came in, I decided to actually enjoy my stay until the stated checkout time at 11am. Well, apparently, that is not allowed! As I looked for a notepad to write a nice thank-you note for the housekeeping staff and management for such a lovely stay, and to let them know I would be returning, I got a loud bang on the door at 10:58. I answer the door and am greeted with a man saying "are you leaving??". This was quite offensive, as he seemed to be implying that I was already staying past my welcome or something, but I just brushed it off and said "I am working on it right now." But no sooner did I try to finish writing the note to go with the cash tip for the housekeeper, than I immediately get a phone call. I answer it already guessing what it's going to be, and sure enough, a lady this time is asking "are you leaving??" It's now 10:59! I am definitely irritated at this point, and I just say "I am loading up my car RIGHT now." Needless to say, no nice note, and I will NOT be a monthly return customer now, despite liking the place itself. I felt so harrassed aggressively to gtf out, that I'm gonna "peace out" for good.
