Very satisfied with the service, staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was excellent - clean, well appointed, quiet and comfortable. The cafe at the museum in the same complex was a great value and huge portions. The restaurant attached to the hotel was okay, but I would only eat there again as there's not other convenient alternative.

Room was clean, staff was great, bed was comfy. Beautiful property overall and nice location

The property was clean. The first room we were given was a double queen room. We booked and paid for a Deluxe King room with a sofa bed and balcony. The second room was a king room with a patio that had no view, and no sofa bed. At this point we didn’t even bother to go back. When we attempted to go to the hot tub that evening, it was cold. The gentleman who was out there, who had been a guest in the hotel for 10 weeks, said it had been warm a handful of times, despite letting staff know multiple times.

The location is probably the best part. Being right next to Turtle Bay and the Sundial Bridge makes the hotel feel much more like a destination than just another stop off the freeway. The grounds are beautiful and it’s a great place to walk around and relax, especially when traveling with kids. Overall, this was one of the nicest stops on our road trip and I would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re passing through Redding. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing place to break up a long drive.

Great location !!!! beautiful hotel and lots to do around it . worth paying a little extra . loved the staff also

Location was fine, right next door. Nothing remarkable about the breakfast, but it was acceptable. For more than $400 a night, I expected a far more premium experience. No one even offered to help us with our bags, and our room was at the very other end of the hotel. The stairs had threadbare carpet, and seemed poorly maintained. None of these really matter — but $400!

Well maintained, clean and great customer service.
-
Pet friendly comfortable hotel with a front desk person who clearly hates her job in hospitality. We ordered room service and it was cold.

Very good

Nice hotel with a nice pool for the kids. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are called “Warm Oak” and smell like men’s shaving cream. Not neutral for women at all.
-
Location to such a gorgeous river front an restaurant serves excellent cuisine

Travelled to Redding to visit our Mom & Dad over EASTER. This was a great stay :) The hotel had a great little petting zoo for kids out front, which was a cute Easter touch... & we had a wonderful Brunch on the patio at the restaurant. Great little restaurant. The best thing about it was BOTH hotel & restaurant are pet friendly :) It is always wonderful when we can bring our Mei Mei, she is part of our Family :)

This hotel is a wonderful place to go and spend the Fourth of July weekend, especially if you want to get out of the sun and go swimming during the hot hours. Just don’t forget your bathing suit the next day! The Mosaic is just right next door with amazing food and drinks. Highly recommend.

Stayed here for 4th of July weekend and we got the front view of the fireworks right in front of the hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Walking distance to Sundial Bridge and Turtle Bay Museum. Will definitely come back.
