We always have a great time when we come to this hotel!

Clean rooms friendly staff, easy parking and access to the room.

Room was super clean, bed was comfortable, staff super friendly. Walking distance to food and drink, downtown. It is a bit loud at light but just city sounds.

There was really loud traffic noise and people living in the motel in a weird way. It didnt feel safe.

The property was clean and had recently been updated. The rooms were bright and modern. Staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent location in the downtown area. Plenty of free parking was available.

My go to place in Redding. The upgrades are beautiful, the staff is very helpful, everything is clean, and the breakfast is really good. Highly recommend as this is a classy place at a reasonable rate. Great downtown location and pet friendly!

This is a pleasant and conveniently located motel with one big flaw (not their fault, really)--it is extremely noisy. The motel is sandwiched between two major downtown streets, and locals apparently enjoy racing cars and motorcycles up and down them from about 8 PM to midnight, especially on weekends. It's also a few blocks from a medical center, so expect multiple ambulance sirens per night as well. Aside from this, it was fine--clean, helpful staff, adequate breakfasts, easy walk to interesting downtown shops and dining. (The taco place next door is great!) The pool is small but very refreshing in Redding's summer heat. Just bring a good pair of earplugs or a white noise device!

The location was unbeatable. Plenty of food options. Easy freeway entrance. Quick check in. Plenty of parking. My only complaint is rooms are noisy because of location to main road.

Just like I remembered it from the last time I stayed here. Staff courteous and knowledgeable. This motel is a gem. They take care of it and remodel where needed. It’s all you could want at this price point. Even breakfast better than the average continental, with hot options.

This was a great throwback. I really enjoyed the stay.

Parking is great. Staff friendly. Not much to speak of as far as breakfast. No coffee maker in the room and you’d better get up early for breakfast

Rooms were very nice and clean. Bed was great. And the kitchen was very handy. The property is away from downtown but reservations come with bus passes to transport you as often as needed. They do have an indoor pool, but you have to walk outside to return to the rooms. (Usually a chiily trip)

Clean, renovated, everything inside looks new and contemporary.

Felt like we staying in some retro motel. Loved the pool. Will stay again.
